I really hope that Jankulovski can be given a full 90 minutes vs PSV. Maybe not in Seedorf's role cuz seedorf has been impressive in the last 3 games, but maybe in a left-back role. Paolo might be getting a rest and any combination of Kaladze/Stam/Simic/Billy might start. Cafu will most definately start on the right, although I really really miss the Cafu of last year and the one before, he was so impressive in attacking, but yet i haven't seen him do that this year.. but im pretty sure he will be attacking next wed..
Kaka will start, but guys, I really think we should start with Vieri and Gila.. I really think Sheva needs a rest, if we over-use him, im afraid he will get tired too fast and get injured! Vieri is playing really bad now, maybe if he gets more time he will get some confidence and start scoring a bit more.. Gila is starting to to rediscover his form, all he needs now is to start playing regularly and he'll start scoring 4 every game.. and about Pirlo, i really dont know what to say, i think he is the best in his position in the world, i really love him.. but unfortunately, he hasnt put in one good performance thus far! i hope Pirlo starts to shine because when he does, that is when Milan are unstopable... I hope Rino plays the way he did with the Azzuri, he was a monster! And im betting that if Pippo gets 30 mins at least, he will score! |

i have to agree with you on pirlo hitmanq8. and it seems like vogel has added alittle more stability (deffensive wise) to our side than pirlo.

Hope he score too!

I think it is a bit too soon for both Janku and Pippo to start any games let alone an important CL clash vs PSV. Both of them just returned from injuries and probably need some time until they find their rythm in practice and coming in as subs. I personally wouldn't hope to see neither of them start at least for another 3-4 games or so.
From what I read on the official website, there is some concern whether Sheva will be ready to start for this game, so I wouldn't be surprised to see Vieri and Gila up front ... and in Carlo's words, the former is a sure starter vs PSV. A nice "surprise" is Vogel, I must say, and now I am not that worried if Pirlo isn't at his best for the Swiss could deputise for him vs his old teammates. Chances are, though, that Pirlo will start this game for he had to rest this last weekend, while Vogel had a string of consecutive games with Milan and the NT, so I'd expect him to start on the bench. My guess for the team would be: Dida, Cafu, Stam, Maldini, Kaladze, Gattuso, Pirlo, Seedorf, Kaka, Sheva, Vieri. |

Say it aint so Yvgeny! Say it aint so! Anyone but eeeediat Vieri! Ok, so while I hope for a pleasant surprise, I believe more pragmatically that Vieri will miss at least 5 chances, and score maybe one. (If we are lucky)Quote:

Though to be honest, after the good game by Serghino on the weekend, I think we could look for him to feature at some point vs PSV.

I know this is a thread dedicated to OUR GAME but I can't help myself to say finally JUVE is getting their asses handed to them by Bayern...2-0...
I guess the self-proclaimed dynasty is not all that powerful ![]()

I just finished watching Bayern-Juve (2-1, Juve scored in the 90th min) and all I can say is that Bayern kicked the zebra's ass all over the place
. Juve were totally outplayed and the score could have easily been much higher for Bayern if it wasn't for a couple of wasted sitters by Makaay and co. I must add that our Abbiati was at fault for the 1st goal for Bayern when he completely misjudged a shot from Deisler .The most important thing, however, is that Juve start to look derailed and are probably nearing a bad period. Should this happen indeed, Milan must be very concentrated in Serie A and take full advantage of it. Oh, and those who still doubt that Sagnol is a player worthy of a Milan shirt should have watched this game - if he doesn't prolong his contract and is available for free this summer, it would be a crime not to sign him. Saw that match too and i`m over the moon
,Juve are definitely dropping their form, they can say whatever, that Bayern had the advantage of playing at home or blah blah blah but they have been pushing too hard in desire to prove themselves and they are losing it.They`ll soon drop their form in serie a, just wait...On the other hand,i believe we are only going to re-gain our form....as for tomorrow...FORZA MILAN!

It looks like Vieri is gonna start tommorow.........im gonna be sick!!
Let Gila play and get his touch back....Carlo cant handle sheva,gila,vieri,pippo....we will have some problems with that. In my oppinion, vieri is ( looking at quality) our 4th striker, and he should play as 4th striker. Sheva-gila need to work on passing and assists, pippo will be back soon. But tommorow, once again we will see useless vieri doing - nothing! |

hahyahaahahhaahahahah that made me laugh mrki i have to tell you, i tend to agree almost 100% with all your posts.. and yeah, vieri is going to start tomorrow unfortunately, and if no one notices, Jankulovski's name has been put on the defender's list for the squad and not in the midfield list for the first time.. we might see him as a left-back some time into the 2nd half .. Sheva said that he was fine and does not need a rest, but i really do think he will be needed a rest.. Pirlo will definately start, because if he doesnt, his form will only get worse.. I hope Pirlo can finally put in an impressive performance.. Gattuso started to play well, what a monster he can become when is in top form. Seedorf is playing amazing again, usually Seedorf does this only for 4-5 games a season, but right now, he's been amazing in all of the last 3 games! ![]() Kaka hasnt scored in a time now so he's probably something like this .. i'll predict Kaka's first hat-trick in a Milan shirt and maybe a lucky deflection for the "eeeediat"4-0 i predict..i think we will not keep a clean sheet because of the pace of their strikers, but im hopeful.. i think keeping a clean sheet and winning would be better than winning 10-1 and concerning the Juve game, i thought that the game was fairly even, but Juve did not get much chances on goal.. Bayern are extremely lucky that the referee dispossessed Juve just outside their area, which resulted in Bayern's first goal and Abbiati's first howler for Juve.. Juve did not show any signs of fighting back and they were lucky to get a goal.. People described Juve as a machine, all I can tell them now is that all machines start getting slower by time and eventually getting broken! (hopefully :P) Last edited by hitmannq8; 18-10-2005 at 17:48. |

The line-up I favor would be
Dida Cafu Stam Maldini Jankulovski Vogel Gattuso Kaka Seedorf Gilardino Shevchenko P.S. My prediction: Milan 2 -PSV 1 goals from Kaka&Sheva
