Watching Milan from a game to the other give me a very confused thought about a player.......

Could someone explain to me what is the real function of Brocchi in a team like Milan??
What I see so far is a "Gattuso like" person who ran here and there without any distinctive target for the team.....

Well I been saying that for years now, we should have kept Foggia and send Brocchi packing

I will give my opinnion, more than an explanation, because I have great respect for you and your thinking.

I believe Brocchi is being used as a Gattuso of lower quality. Not that he's bad, he's a hard worker, but obviously far from Rino. He's identified with Milan as a club, had a good year at Fiorentina two seasons ago where he was regular starter, so he has put his limitations behind to reach a well deserved spot as sub. to do just what you said... "run"

Not everyone can be Kaka'. Even if he could, we would need to find another "Brocchi" somewhere... he's like the emergency break in the car... you never want to use it, but it better be there...

No way in hell will Favalli start this one. Sadly, I wouldn't bet the farm on Gorky starting, either.

yeah...Ancelotti's more dependent on d experienced players rather than giv young players like Gourcuff a chance to play more to improve their skills

Sant....Thanks so much for your "opinion" which give me clearer idea on Brocchi.
Still.....IMO a big team like Milan should have signed a player with higher quality in helping the team to attack as well as defend (the like of Ambrossini) rather than keeping Brocchi for just to run and give wrong passes....(pardon me if I'm wrong)

One other thing that make me "shocked".....where is Ibou at this moment? If I'm right..we have reassigned him but never seen him even on the bench....

Dang, I cant believe we sold Oliveira and got no one. He could have been so useful to us.

I read that Milan is now chasing Di Natale as the prime target and Anelka as the optional. Now Milan really realize that having 2 strikers (while waiting Ronnie to be ready) is not enough....as compared with the Merda with 6 strikers.

I have a strong feeling that Drogba will join Milan after Mourinho's departure. I personally prefer to have Drogba rather than signing Dinho who is now linked to Chelski (he has invited Chelski to sign him....according to my local newspaper)

Jeff....lets face it...I would rather have the option of putting on Oliveira at some point in the Palermo game, than not having him at all....he is, after all, better than nothing
