What a game! Forza Milan! Unbelievable, I never expected Milan to dominate Man U like in each leg like that.
When Crespo scored I jumoed out of my seat and ran to the banister in the pub, jumping as if I were in the Curva Sud itself!

Ever part of our play and our team were excellent, Dida did nothing though, didn't even see him.

As for Rino, what can I say. He is a God! I would be sorry to see him leave if/when he does go, but he deserves to get what he wants. They should name a street in Milan after him!

Crespo was excellent all game, IMO.
Cafu unbelievable!

And what was all that talk of Rooney being a "big game player"? he is just a schoolboy. Ronaldo, is wasting everyone's time. RVN, after all his talk is found to be an excellent speaker, a better speaker than finisher.

Q finals draw on the 18th. I hope we get Chelsea, as I would be able to see the game here then. Plus, Mourinho is scared of Italian opposition. Barca suited Chelsea's play being attacking but put Chelsea against a team with our style and defense, they will have trouble.

It certainly would have been sweet if Gattuso had scored. I also hoped that Stam would have finished himself after his box-to-box run.

Did anybody else see Ronaldinho's 2-3 goal against Chelsea? Goal of the season!

Dinho's 2nd goal was really very classy but he got lucky for there was a deflection from a Chelsea player whithout which the ball would have finished outside. He did take them by surprise, though.

Wonderful match, wonderful Milan!

I enjoyed every second of both matches, both in OT and San Siro we owned them and showed the world who the real devils are. Milan were simply too good for Man U, and they have nothing to be ashamed of, they lost to the best team in the planet, and they lost well, giving all they could....clearly that wasnt enough, but that is not their fault, Milan just stepped up and played at their usual great level, and when we do that there is little any team can do to stop us.

congrats to the lads, Milan was superior to Man U not because of individual performances (all players did great) but because of the amazing teamwork....which is something Man U needs to work on.....but if you want me to pick the man of the match, I will give it to Carletto, he played a tactically perfect game and put Fergie in his victim's list, great job Carlo!

bring the next one! don't care which team we play, if we play our football no team will stop us.

This was a classic confrontation, a clash from the coaching levels to the one played out between individual `ballers on the pitch.

The fact is, Carlo definately had better tools to work with, but even conceding that, he totally out-coached Alex in this game.

Milan certainly made me proud. We put Man U to shame in this game.

We were accused by many of being wingless with the christmas tree formation, yet Paolo and Cafu were always on the overlap...

The young guns, Rooney and Ronaldo looked ordinary, and Van Nistelrooy looked a shade of himself....kudos to the best defense in the world on their day!

We should have won by 3 goals easily, and I am still amazed at how the ref or his assistant didnt see the Keane hand ball in the box!

Nevertheless, this spanking will certainly rankle some nerves...now to await the outcomes of today´s matches!

I only have a little concern for Lyon, as I think Essien is an excellent player in his position, if he can keep his cool, he should prove an excellent understudy for Pirlo...this is the one player I think we should buy apart from those already targetted (ie Gilardino, Jankulovski).

Lyon play as a team, and with the skilfull selection of players that they have to choose from, would represent IMO our biggest threat, and hopefully we dont face them till the final.

Bring on the quarter finals!!

Our biggest threat by far IMO is Inter, then Juve, then Chelsea.

Damn I laffed so much when I saw gattuso dribble through 2 players.. and that wonder pass by Kaka.. i bet Gattuso would have ran 1500 miles just celebrating that goal.. what a champion he is..

And LMFAO@Heinze trying to argue with Gattuso, i bet heinze was afraid of gattuso cuz might have ruined his hair! and Ronaldo arguing with Cafu, and Cafu just laughing at his face, thats just wise.. amazing from Cafu really.. what a great champion..

i was absolutely disgusted when i saw carlo play with no attackers, i still think that it was stupid to do that, he should have brought inzaghi on the score a couple of goals noting Man U tried attacking and Inzaghi has good positioning and speed..

Rui played marvelous, excellent in my opinion.. Kaka was having an OK game.. Maldini, IL CAPITANO I LOVE YOU, i always think about the day he retires.. what will happen to the us..

one thing i really didnt expect was dida misjudging giggs shot that hit the post

Great match!!!!!!
We were better, I'm very happy that we won. A lot of my friends told me earlier that Milan doesn't have any chances to win, and that ManUtd will won without any problems.
Today I was laughing in their faces.
All our players were great but I think that man of the match was Gattuso, he was great.
I don't know what was Heinze,Fortune and Ronaldo thinking when they attacked our players (Ronaldo-Cafu, Fortun-Pirlo, Heinze-Gattuso) especially Heinze when he attacked Gattuso. What fool is he, Gattuso can eat him in one snack.

Just imagine if we had him, Sheva and Kaka all playing together!!! That would scare any defence in Europe!

I'm very 'appy too

Gattuso, Stam and Maldini were excellent...and Heinze and Giggs were still unable to keep Cafu busy. :P But I nearly died when Giggs's shot smacked the post and went out. Shame about the broken nose.

Ronaldinho's goal was OUTRAGEOUS!
