I've really wanted to post this vid for a while as I think it's pretty good of Gattuso against Man U last season.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z8JZE...elated&search= The performance in the second leg was a truly legendary performance for me. I'd even go as far as saying it was the most destructive, determined, aggressive and controlled performance I've ever seen from a destroyer. |

I believe Rino recently had his second child. Congratulations to him and his family.

I've had the good fortune to have seen him grow in stature as he was a regular feature in the Rangers squad when he was in Glasgow. I came to describe him as like a bull terrier and admired his skills for such a young lad. My only negative thoughts of him were that it was a pity he didn't play for Celtic. He plays very much like Ray Wilkins when he played for Milan but Rino has a lion heart and gives every fibre of his body for the team. If it is Milans wish i see Rino playing all of his career with them as he is not a mercenary of the game. What i also like of him is that he is a modest guy.
Best wishes to you and your family Rino |

Rino is the heavy metal of world football....Take no prisoners...back from no tackle...
He is like a linebacker of the NFL... a true champion... He is a hero... a role model... one of the greatest of all times... #8 of Milan will always be remembered for driving fear in the opposition and having the best ankle convesations on the field... thank God he plays for milan.

You're a lucky man Tommybhoy
Didn't Rino play as RB back then? It's an excellent vid Dev. Against MU, Rino chased the ball tirelessly as if he had three lungs ![]()

Hey did anybody notice in that video how Rino patted Carletto's cheek after the final whistle? I've seen this a couple of times and I think Carletto is kind of afraid of Rino. I mean sometimes Rino is so vivacious that the pat almost looks like a slap to me

Great player, but like his Azzurri teammate Pirlo, he hasn't really impressed in Serie A. In the games that Kaka was missing or in games that Ambro and Seedorf seemed pretty tired, they didn't step up. Being one of the key players to Milan's success in the last few years, he hasn't been much of a factor this year so far. Brocchi, in my opinion, seemed to almost outshine him in matches that he came in for him. Anyways, he's still playing well in the CL and for the Azzurri so hopefully he will soon be doing the same in Serie A along with Pirlo.

If he did play RB at Rangers then it wasn't for long as i have absolutely no memory of him except when playing midfield. It could be that he played in defence in the reserve team but he did not break into the 1st squad as a regular defender. I know some players are versatile and can play in many positions and it's possible this is an aspect of Rino's game that escapes me as i remember how well Chris Sutton and John Collins (both Celtic greats of recent times) played in defence.
