Braida:The substitute of Shevchenko? I think is right not to replace it, for all the one which has represented is impossible. We must be good to make other things, as already happened in past. Torres? I repeat, we will try to make the maximum.

this is good news for me

A good prospect, maybe not now but for the future, is the colombian Renteria, which runs like a devil, has good dribling skills and shoots with power.

yeah mate...that does send chills down me spine. I am just surprised at how the Torres go/no-go stories keep going on and on and on and on......

it actually makes me think what ***s we are....I get so bloody mad when the press writes about Kaka leaving. But when they write about Torres leaving it gets me all excited and stressed. I actually feel for the Atletico fans....imagine what they must go through with all this drama about their favourite son.

Wondering.............any Atletico fans on our forum....or any Milan fans from Madrid (unlikely......)? I want to see what the "realistic" likelyhood of El Nino leaving Madrid are.....

FORZA TORRES.....CI VEDIAMO PRESTO

Problem is that there isnt a great striker you would kill to add to your squad. Imagine we could get anyone, there isnt one that comes close to Sheva and what he did for us. No one. And not because he is going to replace Sheva, but because there arent great strikers out there.

Torres, Maxi, Tevez, how many more should I name? There are many great strikers out there, but they are probably not good enough to replace Sheva, your right.

Well....I agree and I disagree....if every striker in the world was purchasable we would have a list of 4-5 TOP QUALITY strikers to bring to Milan. However, the point remains that Andriy Shevchenko is the best, most complete striker since Marco Van Basten and that is why we are finding it so hard to replace him. We CANNOT replace him. We can only try and bring in another striker who is very good.

Etoo, Torres, Crespo, Van Nistelrooy, Henry, Rooney, Trezeguet, Ibrahimovic, Toni, Adriano are all top quality strikers. Only 2 or 3 are acquirable and none of them are as good as Shevchenko.

I am guessing Milan will concentrate on Torres. Whatever happened to our "really great relationship" with Atletico. We have loaned/sold them SO MANY players over the years (Coloccini - now at Depor, Albertini, Jose Mari - now at Villareal, Contra etc) and we've pretty much declared war on their arch-rivals Real Madrid what more can we do?

give them 40 mil that they are asking?? You need to realise Torres is not just a good player for Atletico, he is like Maldini in here. Aldough Milan has great relationship with them, we will need to cash in for him.
