You don't actually know much about Tevez at all, do you? The truth is, Carlitos is a tireless worker with a great attitude. He's been a great teammate and was actually named Sportsman of the Year in Argentina in 2004. Triangle offense Dinho, saviola and luis garcia/overmars with saviola as main target is what you had to see !!

But Tevez & Torres score more goals and are regular scorers, this is why they would be better for us than Saviola. Plus you also have to take into account his poor form at Monaco and Sevilla.

With only Gilardino who is capable now of getting over 20 league goals in a season, we need another young striker who can do the same. Saviola doesn't fit that bill while the other two do.

a lot of times and less about M.Diarra!We are saying that he is definately sign to milan but i haven't
hear or read anywhere very much about him and where he will go!I know that Milan is interested to buy
him but nothing else.On MilanMania we have threads about "Milan want ronaldinho","gallas Milan bound" and
others and we haven't one for M.Diarra!!Does anyone know anything new about the player or any link to

not sure about this, but I think Milan won't buy Diarra. He plays the same place with Pirlo, Gattuso, Volgel, right? And his price=)), I don't know why he reaches the price P25M <Lyon said it>, with P25M there won't be anyproblem with Torres or Tevez. With me he is nothing than a aggressive man like Gattuso, and what Gattuso did in world cup can beat any DMF i think. And the one more things, I think Pirlo and Gattuso have great teamwork and they are the best center MF couple now <don't know what word to use>

The point about Diarra (apart from being the wrong thread to talk about him, but i digress) is that he will add much needed physicality to our midfield. He won't be in place of Gattuso but along side him and Pirlo.

Think back to the world cup and you'll see that it was Perotta who added his defensive abilities to Gattuso & Pirlo. This is why we will get him, he will offer more strength & determination than Seedorf.

Fully agree with Jim UK on that one: let's replace Seedorf with Diarra, and bring Pirlo a little forward on the midfield.

do you know how much does he cost? 25M, I said above, with 25M we can buy many good MF, even Vaart or Sneijder, and let me remind Poulsen.

Poulsen is crap, an no one is talking anymore about Sneijder, so I guess he won't come.

if Poulsen is crap, no wonder Diarra too. They have the same style I think. Almost strength without technique. So if we buy Diarra because of strength, Poulsen is enough, and we won't have to waste money.

About Sneijder, I think he won't come this year too. But I hope that. He had a terrible world cup because of injury, but in the last match, what he did was very good I think. If we have Pirlo, Kaka, Sneijder, Gourcuff, Gattuso we may have the best midfield in the world IMO.

I guess we should have a new topic about Diarra.

Hey Sleep, can you talk about Diarra in the correct threads ?

Last time i checked Diarra wasn't a striker we could use to replace Shevchenko.
