he would be a great signing, I see him more as a midfielder, but looks like he can play as defender too
well i guess he will have to. i don't think he will get seedorf's spot in midfield permanently so there is not other choice than left back for him. but of course it is always an advantage to have such a versatile player which can adopt t the situation.

Jankulovski is, if not formally yet, a Milan player. The two societies have found an agreement yesterday and it is said that the official announcement will be given in the next days

I think he confirmed he was a Milan player in the match where we beat Udinese 3-1. I think he got confused then and thought he was wearing the Milan shirt already!!! I like him very much as a player. He is very versatile. And he used to play for my beloved Napoli (My home team) where he was great as a youngster.

If we bring in Jankulovski, Cassetti and Gilardino I think that can be considered a good transfer campaign. We will say goodbye to Coloccini, Serginho, Abbiati and hopefully Tomasson. That is providing Brocchi, Ambrosini and Rui Costa do not ask to leave too. I hope they dont as they are important for us.

cassetti is lecce's right back, but he's more offensive than defensive so sometimes plays as winger
mesto is another choice

i don''t want Serginho, Abbiati and JDT to leave, especial JDT,they contribute a lot to Milan, hard to find a good keeper like Abbiati to be our sub.they are good

So the only way for Jankulovski is Kaladze being sold?
Because I don't think we can really say Jankulovski is coming when the only possibility of someone leaving is Colo

Signing a contract extension does not necessarily mean that Serginho will stay. I do believe however that Kaladze is on his way out. Coloccini staying does not seem likely either.

I doubt that happens much these days, players who are already out of contract in the following summer are already in negotiations (or looking for) with their next teams so if they are to leave they would either go in January or won't sign an extension so they can go for free to the new team in the summer
