Cassano Might Be Here

This is a bit surprising but this is the fact that Cassano might join Milan in January. Ancelloti has made the offer to him that he can join Milan. It will be great. Cassano in and JDT out. Check out in detail

I know Cassano has not got a good temper and behaviour but this is what he will learn playing at Milan. Apart from that he is a great player. Gattuso also has something to say about Cassano:

2000/01 Bari 28 3 Serie A
2001/02 AS Roma 22 5 Serie A
2002/03 AS Roma 27 9 Serie A
2003/04 AS Roma 33 14 Serie A
2004/05 AS Roma 4 1 Serie A

A striker with such a record obviously has all the reason to have a bad attitude. Maradona pales in comparison with this miracle player.

youssof the attitude of the player is very questionable but not the talent, the sheer class and the amazing contribution he has given to this roma, IMO somethimes even greater than Totti

Sorry but then you have obviously not seen Maradona play, he makes Cassano look like an ordinary player.

My basic point is that some ppl here think that we should be glad if Cassano would want to join Milan. Imho in this situation it's the other way around since so far he has only shown he has talent but nothing more. That will also be his place when he arrives at Milan: at the very bottom of the picking order. I have my doubts if he has enough to brains to realize that and wont start showing the same behaviour as with Roma.

cassano IMO is definatly better than totti... but not close to the great maradona!

totti jonaid... i dont think its wise to sell JDT, hes one of our most important players, if any changes should take place it should be in the summer, and if crespo doesnt find his form then he should go back.

What do you base that on? Totti have a better record than Cassano with more goals from a deeper position. I do not agree on your opinion, Cassano may be better in the future, but Totti is the king in Roma still.

cassano is playing better football at his age than zidane, totti and baggio where.

if milan can sign him they must, let alone that he's a fabulous talent he plays the ideal position for us. he is support striker to shevchenko that we have all been dreaming of.

well maradona only really hit fame when he transferred to napoli when he was 24 and i doubt anyone has an in depth knowledge of his juniors and boca years (cause at barca he was kinda rubbish).
however i'm not thinking cassano will be the next maradona as he is the best player that has ever lived in my opinion.

Great talent, his outbursts are pathetic though. He may be 22 years old but he acts like he's 10. He really needs to grow up, too bad it won't happen with head-cases like Totti and Montella hanging around him.

Send him to a proffesional club (hopefully not you guys) and he may evolve into a better human being... and football player.

Maradona was famous long before that. He singlehandedly won the -79 youth world cup for Argentina. I talked to one of his opponents in that match (A russian) and he said that they had two men manmarking him and he still ended up MOM.

Well I think it is a bit harsh to compare Cassano with Maradona. Cassano is just started to show signs of a great player but he is never as mature as Maradona. When Cassano turns 30 or 32 then we can compare him with Maradona. If u say that Maradona was better then him at the age of 22 then this is not the way things go. A player may be great in his early days but can end up no where E.g Davor Sukur. And a player who is from no where can become great E.g El Hadji Diouf. So its to early to compare Cassano with Maradona.
