the oppertunity for puyol was there though, a season or two ago. I remember him saying that he'd leave to help barca's financial situation and a price of 6.5m was getting thrown around. would have been a brilliant signing, maybe there was no truth in it, it seems to good for it to be real and have every other team in the world pass it up.

Maldini..there should defnitely be more options since these two are rather unlikely signings,however if this was a an option i`d rather go for terry.

I`m not accusing him,i just remember that we`ve been asked to behave politely towards one another here,so i think that for the admins` and mods` sake we should conform to the rules.If u don`t like any thread,simply don`t post,it`s not like you`re forced to do it.

Maldini_Forever or anybody else, if you want a poll with more options you can use this thread to come up with the other names and a separate bigger poll can be made.

he' s young, good AND 'possible' I doubt that terry or puyol are available for a transfer..
