Biglietti/Tickets Milan-Lazio

I´m sure that this question have been asked millions of times but hey, who wants to miss this game. Some people here in Stockholm talks about tickets outside the stadium to the ´del Leoni stand. Is that possible? And if it´s bull****, were is the smartest and best way to get some tickets? Is it a Saturday or Sunday evening game? That is maybe not booked yet or??
