I think it's time to change some things in Milanello. The CL-loss was a huge dissapointment, actually we lost everything at the end of the competition, both in CL and Serie A. I think it's time to make some changes : some older players may leave, and some younger players can replace them. I still think we need a real left wing player, we only have Serginho overthere. Since the departure of Donadoni we never had any left wing player of world class.

So this is my opinion :

OUT :

Kaladze (Chelsea)

Abbiati
Stam
Brocchi
Pancaro
Seedorf
Rui Costa
Inzaghi/Tomasson

IN :

Vogel
Jankulovski

Oddo/Bonera
Barzagli
Kompany
Gilardino
and a real left wing like Robben, Cole, Ze Roberto or maybe cheaper but also good Jorgensen.

So this should be the team then :

Dida

Cafu/Oddo or Bonera Nesta Maldini Jankulovski

Gattuso Pirlo Jorgensen

Kaka

Sheva Gilardino

Bench; new keeper, Cafu/Oddo or Bonera, Costacurta, Barzagli, Dhorasoo, Ambrosini, Serginho, Crespo, Inzaghi or Tomasson.

We should buy Kompany as he is a great talent but we should loan him another year at Anderlecht.
The likes of Barzagli and Jorgensen are only examples, but i just wanna give an indication how the new squad should look like in my opinion.

Milan should sell Stam indeed. He makes too many mistakes, and Maldini should always be in central defence with Nesta. Kompany is too young and inexperienced for Milan. Milan could buy him and loan him to Parma ( if they'll play in serie A next season) for a year.

We won the CL AND Scudetto with Maldini-Nesta in central defense ! Maldini-Nesta is the best possible solution for our central defense. That has been proven in the last years. Stam can stay but then only as backup for our fantastic defensive duo Nesta-Maldini ! Paolo shouldn't play left wing back anymore !! Let Jankulovski play overthere and let Paolo and Alessandro play central defense like it should be !

What I want
Change of formation to a 3-4-1-2 with the following A and B team (new players in bold, omitted players to be sold):

Totally agree with you, Bram, Stam+Nesta isn't the best choice for Milan, although Stam is a good defender. Does anyone know why Nesta turned back home from Norway, early this week?
