is marzoratti worthy of being cafu's substitute?

its a simple poll, do u think lino marzoratti is worthy of being cafus number 2 for the following season, he might be actually good and its been a while since we had another maldini, financially it would be also better since we dont have to buy anyone if we keep him, i came up with this idea because i was thinking if ballack was made available we should get him but this could rule out the signing of oddo or cicinho or cassetti .. etc and milan are known for being very careful with the money they spend per year.

and for the record, i didnt see the match where he played last season, i think vs palermo... so im hoping ud tell me more about him.

i saw him play against palermo and i wasn`t too impressed if he is going to be cafus substitute.

we should send him out on loan to get more experince, i think the up and coming tour in the states will give us further indication of how good he really is

This guy really has the potential. He should be sent on loan. He can be like what Chiellini is to Juve.

Not to mention I heard this guy was great during the youth WC. This really tells something.

He's still very young. He played only vs Palermo and you can't judge a player on only one game. However for us its better to loan him and him taste first team football with a smaller club. Milan is a big club and wants to win instantly, so its better to have a more reliable Cafu substitute like Oddo IMO

Has anyone watched him play enough games to make judgment? All we can do is GUESS, or WISH. We are not Ancelotti, we are not Baresi, heck, most of us don't even live in Milano to watch this kid in training. I see no point of this discussion at this moment.

Potential he does have, but he is not ready yet - too young and inexperienced. The best thing for him would be loaning him out. I wouldn't mind giving Marzoratti on loan to Lazio plus some cash in return for Oddo.

I think it is better for him to stay with the first squad for now, and learn from masters like Billy and Paolo. Everybody had to start slow, he will grow and improve. He's part of the future.

Has anyone seen any report on Digao (Kaka's brother), he's also a defender in the Primavera team.

If he is good enough he is not too young. We really do not know how good he will be it can go either way.there are not many maldinis out there it has to be said.I am not a big fan of this loaning players out.let them learn at the club and when good enough they will get a game.

he is ok not all that seen him play for the under 21- he is kind of player that is RB but cafu is mostly like Right wing back he advance alot during the game while he stays back alot and thats what we had problems b4 Cafu came over.
but he is ok good but not a Milan class like the rest of u mentioned he could play till Cicinho comes by start of the year and could be loaned out 2 Serie B for better chances

well, we can't judge by his performance in youth WC, since Italy played really2 bad.. i agree about the opinion that he's more like right back, more defending than Cafu.. hope that he can improve in 1-2 years (Cafu is 35 right now.. sigh..)

I watched him playing against USA in U-21 WC and against Chicago Fire last wednesday. He didn't impressed me like Pozzi and Abate last season in a friendly against Barça but I think he can be a valuable player in a season or two.
Not very sure if his a real RB. He seems to be more comfortable playing as a central defender. We need to be patient and give him some time to develop his potential.
As for Digão, he is a Milan player now and was sent on loan to Rimini. There is another player from the Primavera squad with him there, but I forget his name.
