HUSH..... Don't tell the rest of Europe, we peaking at the right time?
It seems every pundit, fan and just about everybody believes it will be Juve and or Barca in the final of the C.L. Everbody has forgotten about what Milan has been doing, and I like it that way. On the heels of a great win against great opposition in Bayern, and a series of wins in the Serie A( and not just wins, but good wins in the way played) I have firm confidence that we peaking at the right time.
Milan has found its groove in the right time, and I believe when all our engines are in sync we are the best team in the world, bar none. People forget how well we know how to play in Europe, and for the past three seasons we have been in the mix till the very end. Except for a few Mental mistakes, we have been the best team in Europe the past three seasons. So it bugs me when all across Europe all hear is Barca, Barca, Juve, Juve. Though both teams have been playing well, I believe if we come across both teams, and on the current form we are in, we will beat them.Probably even Lyon are better than the aforementioned two. And today I can emphatically say we will beat Juve on Sunday. Pippo scores the winning goal. Forza Milan.

Seedorf was interviewed and the English guy said you must be happy as Liverpool are knocked out. Seedorf replied that Milan would have liked to meet them and get some revenge for istanbul. Anyway, the fact that the Champions are out and Milan are still in might remind this team how good they really are.
Another mistake from Dida, but he looked like his old self afterwards. Hopefully if he carries on some good form with Cafu and Maldini coming back fresh we are looking good.

they dont have the creativity to get to the final, but at this stage you can rule anyone out.

My pragmatic side says: I am not sure that peaking now, is really peaking at the right time.
I would have preferred to see this sort of display in the final, even if I got an ulcer on the way there from tight 2-1 wins, or wins of a similar nature. However, my optimistic side says: YES!! We are certainly getting into fine form at a cruical stage of our season overall. i.e. both in Serie A, and in the UCL..now, if we can get a 6 pointer vs Juve on Sat..then it will be roses.. Though again, I see the Serie A Pro-Juve conspiracy raising its head with us having one day less rest than they do, because we played on a Wed..but the same would hold were we to play on Sunday, but at least we would have had an additional day of rest....hmmmmm ![]() Suffice it to say that its still early days yet, but this win, on the back of the Empoli victory, does show a gelling, an increase in "chemistry" a new solidity in the back, (Can Maldini even get Kaladze´s game after today´s stellar performance vs Bayern?) , a certain compactness in the midfield, and with 7 goals in 2 games.... a razor sharp attack. So, though I lean to the positive, I am still in two minds ![]()

Yea..i also like the way the media is not putting Milan in the limelight of winning the CL. Because everytime it did, Milan falters. That was the way last season when we go into the finals with scraping results- underdogs, then the finals disappointed us. But ultimately is the fact that without pressure frm the media, we tend to go all the way to the finals, hope it stays that way.
Also, the fact that liverpool lost, it delights me. But like Seedorf said, i would love to meet Liverpool and take our revenge on them. Sigh. The Cup is back to Paris and all up for grabs!!! woohoo
