The derby, 34th week. MILAN vs. INTER

Derby are always gonna be important esp. this one which can jeopardize our chances of second place! what shud be our plans and tactics! We cannot let this one go out of our hands after the show we put up at the previous derby!

big probs we have as the barca game is 4 days after this..

Seedorf played full 90 mins against lyon and chievo, and part in the lecce game.. and we all know how tired he can be.. but we also know how important he can be in big games.. we also have rino who has played the same as seedorf, but i dont know if they can play full 90 mins in both inter and barca.. same goes to Kaka, and kaka is a player that certainly is ineffective when tired.. Pirlo started the last 3 games and played 60 at Lecce, 80 at Lyon, and 70 today. His form this season has also been disappointing. Hope hes given a rest for the Inter game and let Vogel start.

I think we will see Cafu and Maldini both starting against Inter. Btw, nesta had an outstanding game today vs Cheivo.

There is no problem, this is good for us (As long as Matterazi and the rest of the scum dont cause any injuries. Theres nothing like the intensity of a derby to prepare us for Barca. We will be mentally prepared for Barca and I expect us to play well in both games. At the same time, key individuals should be rested or not play the full 90.

Theres no way Maldini and Cafu can play back to back games. Billy has been excellent so he should start against Inter. Maldini can come on for Serghinio which will be good for both players.

Carlo has to use Vogel and Ambro wisely over the two games so that Seedorf, Pirlo and Rino arent burnt out. Seedorf is probably the most likely to be able to play both games and stay in good shape.

I dont think Gila will get the nod for the Barca game so he must start against Inter allowing Sheva and Inzaghi a half each. Same goes for Kaka, who can be subbed by Rui or even Vogel or Ambro.

my team would be

------------dida---------------
Billy--Nesta--Kaladze--Serghinio
---Ambro--Vogel--Seedorf-----
------------Kaka--------------
--------Pippo--------Gila-------

Id leave Sheva on the bench incase we need him to come on and score, which he can just as well as coming on and maintain or bulding our lead.

yeah, it's 20.30 pm CET or 2.30 pm ET. TLN might show it, it's still not sure though. Hope RAI Int'l will, though.

don't worry about kaka, he doesn't need to rest. he is one player that can play every match and still appear fresh for the next match.

i can see us fielding an almost full team for the inter match, it will just be a practise before the real game against barca.

to be honest i still think milan have a chance of winning serie a ....

i mean we were 14 points behind a time ago know its only 7 maybe just maybe if they lose against lazio and other teams we may get the chance

if we did beat lecce last week, the difference would be right now 4 points!!!!! but still who knows, maybe we wudda lost to lyon if we had put in 2 much energy for lecce..

TLN announced last month that they will put the milan derby live.. i dont know if thats still the case after the match got moved to friday.. i know for certain TLN dont have mid week games, and i also know that RAI Intl. and GOL TV both have midweek games, but i dont know Friday games are considered midweek or weekend?
