anyone know about klaas jan huntelaar

I was browsing the internet earlier today and see the name Klaas Jan Huntelaar. Scored a lot of goals in Dutch League. Is he the "Sheva" type of striker?

Welcome to MM.

Is he linked to Milan in any way at all?

If not I'll move the thread to the General football section, as that's where it should belong.

He's good , very good.He is kind of Sheva type.
Van Basten should have taken him with Holland to the WC , but he didn't , big mistake.

He is not linked to Milan I believe.
Milan would be gambling if they would buy him to replace Sheva.
His price won't be low , in fact it would be very high.
If Milan would consider KJH , they might as well go for Tevez,...

I agree he is a very good player, excellent in the air and in his athletisism reminds me of MvB, but IMO Huntelaar is more of a target man rather than a striker who would drop in midfield to get the ball and start an attack.
Apart from that he is great option for a very young striker who is yet to reach his full potential. Great in the air and with both feet.
Won't be cheap but won't be anywhere near the price we woudl have to pay for Torres or Teves. Ajax bought him for 9-10 mil euros from Herenveen. So, if they do sell him, with the games he is having for Ajax, I would exect his price to be ~15 and even 20 mil but he would be more than worth this invetsment in the years to come, I think.

U lost ur head or what???? Who cares Ronaldo fat or not good looking as Jon Dahl Tomasson, the thing matters abt him is his number of goals and he is still among the top 5 stikers of the world. For me he is better than Henry, Ibrahimovic, Adriono and Ruud Van Nisterlrooy etc so plz behave your self and its as simple as that
As for the Dutch kid, well he is good very good. I wont mind him too as a Milan player. he is the 3rd best striker at the moment behind Makaay and Kyut

No, simply bcoz MVB had won 3 Europeon Cups, World player of year award, Europeon Champioships for Holland and alot Dutch league titles where as Hutelaar has nothing to his name apart from some recent goals
It makes me sick when ppl compare kids like Hutelaar, Messi, Robinho etc with the legends like MVB, King Deigo and Pele etc

Something i can finally agree with you on. These kids are their own players, they are not replicas or clones of former heroes.
