Arsenal Football Club Thread

Now i know most of MM members don't like Arsenal e.g. Rae(lol) and co's, and also i have been thinking of creating this thread for so long
but hey since we can talk anything about football, why not create Arsenal Thread

I may well create a "Sheffield Wednesday" thread then although most people wont' even care about them. FYI, they successfully fight off relegation in English Championship. Nothing to be proud of lol

well i don't think anyone knows what is happening in English Championship hehehe,lol

I'm still excited that about Rosicky signing, i can't wait to see him playing, plus i want this ****(Ashley Cole) to **** off to somewhere else, f***king traitor

It was supposed to be a bit of a joke with the way I wrote it so sorry!

I do think Arsenal struggle without Henry though even when he is playing badly they find it difficult.

I heard Arsenal turned down a £16 Million bid from Chelsea for Ashley Cole. They want £25 Million or £16 Million + William Gallas. Mourinho said Gallas isn't going to be leaving so we'll have to wait and see what happens.

If things are that bad in the dressing room then selling Cole is the only option. It'll be a win win situation for Arsenal, they'll get a stack of cash for him and they have Clichy lined up to replace him. He's good enough to start at left-back even if they didn't buy anyone else.

I can't see them getting Gallas and i'd be sick if they did. If he was to move, it should have been to us after all the fuss he made about wanting to leave and not play anywhere else in England.

They need a CB though and a striker, filling those two positions will make them alot stronger.

I personally like Arsenal. Actually, they are my favourite Brittish club, although I kind of like ManU and Pool too .
Most fans here, who speak against Arsenal are either manU or Chelski or Pool fans. Otherwise, I am guessing, most neutral Milan fans don't have anything against the Gunners.

I like Arsenal, except when they play Liverpool

IMO i just want Ashley Cole to leave he has already lose the plot
from Arsenal fans point of view-

1. all the board wants was to increase his salary and he wasn't satisfied with the contract offer so he decided to meet Mourinho and Peter kenyon of all people behind Arsenal's back who they regarded as the Next Future Captain and loyal fan

2. instead of him to apologise to the fans for what he did, he refused for no reason just to clear his name from the disciplinary committee

3. worst thing that he did to stir up the fan's anger was when he wrote his upcoming autobiography criticising Arsenal making as a scapegoat during the scandal.

from Ashley cole point of view-

1. he felt that Arsenal Board made him a scapegoat after just to get back at chelsea for what they did and also claim that arsenal were disloyal to him

2. he want's an improved contract offer and he wants to play along with his english teammates(Lampard and Co) because he felt more comfortable with them than the so- called French Clique( which i don't believe that)

Speaking of Loyalty why would he have a secret meeting Mourinho behind Arsenal's back and refusing to apologise to the fans. which means he is a traitor.

it would be lovely if we have Gallas(which isn't possible) and also i think Arsenal and Liverpool are friendly rivals unlike chelski and Man utd.and i also like Liverpool more than those two
