Who you consider Milan's legendary players in currently team?

Taking off Maldini and Costacurta, that for sure are already legends since last century, who you consider Milan's legends?

I think that Dida, Nesta, Gattuso, Pirlo and Kaká are players that we can put in the same level of players like Gullit, Shevchenko, Van Basten, Massaro, etc but one step behind of Baresi, Maldini, Costacurta, etc

What about you?

i would definitely say : Gattuso, Nesta, Pirlo.. they already proof themselves as major players not only with Milan but also with the national team i belive they are soon to be legends ... way to go guys

Its very early to judge now,however,I think that if kaka stayed in Milan 4 a long time he would be appreciated like Maldini, Billy,Baresi,etc

i'd also add Pippo to the list, as in the 2 CL successes since he came here, he's been a massive factor.

what about Ambrosini?

It's a bit premature I think, it took years of hard work, faithfulness, and of course trophies to be called legends. But I think if Ambro, Rino, Pirlo, and Kaka can maintain their consistency in 3-4 years to come they deserve to be included into the list

"Legends" is a bit much, but they've all part of Milan history.

I think the term legend is a little wrong as they're still playing, but certainly I think these will rank amongst our legends after they stop playing for us.

Someone mentioned Ambro. I think due to injuries and such, he's not reached that height yet. However, he's not far I don't think he's far as he's been huge in his time at Milan in a couple of successful seasons (inc. this one).

Kaká won one European titles. That should put him up there with the legends.

The term world class is used far too commonly and the word legend even more.

The only true current legend is Maldini. The rest are world class.

Kaka is on his way though And Ronaldo is also a living legend

Correct, but truth be told players like Pirlo, Gattuso, Seedorf and these days Kaka will almost certainly be remembered like Boban, Savicevic, Gullit, Rijkaard, MVB etc... as they've done so much for the club.
