I think Argentina. They were my SA favorites since i was a kid. But i have a feeling some unexpected team , like Mexico, could come as a suprise winner so i'll vote from them.
Argies are classes above the rest though !

Not Brazil or USA. It's Argentina's for the taking unless they capitulate for some reason, otherwise maybe Uruguay or Mexico.

Crespo likely to miss rest of tournament

MARACAIBO, July 2 (Reuters) - Argentina forward Hernan Crespo said he needs a miracle to play another match at the Copa America after suffering an injury during Monday's game against Colombia.

Crespo converted a penalty in Argentina's 4-2 win over Colombia but appeared to sprain a muscle in his right leg as he kicked the ball and was immeidately substituted for Diego Milito.

'I know the technical staff will do everything they can but I think we will need a miracle,' he said in a televised interview.

'I'm an optimist by nature. There are 13 days of the tournament to go and I will keep hoping until the very last day.'

Crespo, who did not give specific details of the injury, is playing in the tournament for the first time at 31 and is joint top scorer with three goals.

7/7/2007 - Uruguay hammer Venezuela 4-1
And qualify to the semifinals

AFP

San Cristóbal – The Uruguayan national squad brushed aside Venezuela 4-1 and qualified to the semifinals of the 42nd Copa America, in a thrilling quarterfinal match, held at the Pueblo Nuevo Stadium, in San Cristóbal, were 40 thousand fans packed the stands to capacity.

Striker Diego Forlán opened the account, on 39 minutes, after a long-ball from a free-kick that caught the Venezuelan defense off-guard.

The Uruguayan joy was short-lived, though, because two minutes later, striker Juan Arango leveled the scores with a rocket fired from a deadball, which left keeper Fabián Carini hapless.

The first half ended with a 1-all draw.

20 minutes after the break, the Uruguayans began to relax a little, when midfielder Pablo Garcia found the top corner of keeper Reny Vega, making it 2-1 and silencing the Pueblo Nuevo Stadium.

In fact, Pablo García (Celta, Spain) was one of the best players on the Uruguayan side in this game, gelling well with his teammates.

The match was sealed with a goal scored by Cristian Rodríguez, on 87 minutes, after a Forlán pass, closing the 4-1 mauling on 92 minutes.

The Uruguayans are the first to qualify to the semifinals, and will meet the winners of the clash between Brazil and Chile, in Puerto la Cruz.
