CWC Final: Milan A. C. vs Boca Junior

Here's what I know so far:

I know that Milan and Boca Juniors will be placed in the semi-finals, and will play the winners of two matches of clubs from Asia, Africa and I dont know where else. I know the club from Asia is a Korean team.

I also know that this tournament will take place around December 13-22. But what I need to know is the exact dates, or at least the date of the final. Today I got my final exams schedule and I found out I will finish on the 10th of December, and I am planning to go to Tokyo for the ultimate Milan-Boca game

If anyone has any info please post it here. Thanks.

We are not going to play against Boca Juniors in the semifinal. The two teams have been allocated, so they can't play against each other before the final.

The first match for us is the 13th of December. The final will be played on the 16th of December, which is the day that Milan was founded back in 1899.

So hopefully we will celebrate our 108th birthday with another great victory!

FIFA have released the provisional 30-man squad that Milan will take to Japan for the Club World Cup in December.

The Rossoneri are representing Europe in the tournament that has replaced the Intercontinental Cup and will challenge Boca Juniors, Waitakere United, Pachuca, Sepahan, Etoile du Sahel and Urawa Red Diamonds.

Alexandre Pato cannot take part because his contract with Milan is only valid from January due to the fact he was still 17 and therefore underage when he penned the deal in August.

Carlo Ancelotti will bring along Ronaldo as he continues the road to recovery along with Ibrahim Ba and Kaka’s younger brother Digao.

The Club World Cup is played in Japan from December 7 to 16.

Milan squad: Dida, Kalac, Fiori, Offredi; Cafu, Maldini, Kaladze, Nesta, Simic, Jankulovski, Favalli, Bonera, Serginho, Digao, Darmian, Oddo; Emerson, Gattuso, Seedorf, Gourcuff, Pirlo, Ambrosini, Brocchi, Caraglia, Ba; Inzaghi, Gilardino, Kaka`, Aubameyang, Ronaldo.

I read that the Urawa team desperately wants to play Milan in the Semis. Rescheduled Coppa Italia game + CL games + the derby + Club World Cup = one exhausting December for the team.

I'm confused. When do we actually play our first match?

Our first match IS the semifinal. Being that good we get to skip 2 rounds

Nice. But then we'll lose and complain afterward about being rusty.

The worldclub tournament is the No1 target this year,;Bring it home, team milan!

I have every confidence that we will do well in this tournament...but worry about its impact on the remainder of the season.

While I have no problems with us participating, I only hope that on our return to UCL and Serie A matches, that we will be fit, and raring to go....with a settled Pato, and a fit Ronaldo to take the second half of the season by storm.

I believe FSC is showing the tournament for those in the US and those in the Caribbean that have access.

Agreed. If we win this cup Galliani will say that we have a successful season, even if we only qualify for Intertoto next year

hahaha i know there is not much of it happening - but would be great to see the nz team waitakere face milan!

Our next game is December 13 vs Urawa (most likely) of Yokohama.

Does anyone know what time this game will be? I have a final from 9am to 12pm and then a flight back home to Kuwait at 6:00..is there anyway I can see this game? maybe I just should defer my exam? :P
