Milan - Atalanta Sunday, March 30, 2008

So we welcome Atalanta to the San Siro this weekend with the aim of collecting no less than 3 points. We need to, especially as Fiorentina play Udinese because this is an opportunity to catch some ground on Fiorentina. I think Kaka may be able to play a small part in this game but I'd rather wait till he's fully fit rather than rush him into a match.

I'll refrain from posting my lineup yet as it's early and the squad for the match hasn't been released yet, but I hope the Italians and others on international duty don't come back too exhausted and are ready to give their all. The players should appreciate the importance of this tie and had better give everything in an effort to capture all three points. Also I don't wanna wake up early on a Sunday for nothing FORZA MILAN! Get those points!

Carlo should refrain from using kaka for this game, kaka's knee needs some time to heal, give him an extra week, then he can play vs cagliari.
we can obtain the 3 points without kaka.....io spero

Pirlo and Gattuso only play 45 each..

Oddo and Ambro didnt play at all, so they should be fit, all 4 of them..

Pato played a small part of the game...

if all the players are fit, I expect Carlo to field the players we saw vs. Torino.

If Pato play well, like he has played against Torino, than we can expect 3 points from this game. This game we need much better play from Seedorf and Pirlo, at least one goal from each hihihi.
I hope that we will score more than 1 goal this match.

Kaka' shouldnt be rushed to play, so we should be seeing the same team as against Torino. I hope we can take all three points and win with 2+ goals advantage. Pato should be really hyped after his debut goal for brazil.

Gazzetta says we'll see a midfield of Ambro - Pirlo - Gattuso and Seedorf as a trequartista supporting Paloschi and Pato.. they say Gila has an influenza (my ass, I think its Carlo finally realised that giving him too much praise and confidence will not do any good, so now he is ignoring him)..

and btw - does any one notice that the players ALWAYS get influenza? I mean.. I never got a flu in like 5 years at least, how do players like Pippo for example get a flu once every 2 months.. and why on earth does it really keep you from the field?

flu disrupts ur breathing momentum..
cant really take a clean deep breath
with all that mucus in there.. that will
it or wun it drip out of the nose feeling
really is a big distraction and can be
annoying when u are trying to concentrate.

Sportsmen are more vulnerable to illnesses, because of their low fat-percentage. They have a low resistance.
The game against Atlanta is another must-win game, so hopefully Milan does. The Pato – Paloschi partnership will be interesting and I think it will work. Milan’s midfield has to step up and the defence has to keep their focus all game.

It's interesting to see Paloschi (possibly) playing. He really does give it his all, and does seem hungrier for goals than Gila. And a players hunger and will to fight is what is going to give us the 3 points, seeing as the team doesnt seem to be in great form.

hitman,
1) I dont think Carlo didnt want to call-up Gila after his performance vs. Torino..
2) Gila is always called-up. to either play, or to be a sub as we only have like 3-4 strikers

and have you ever played 90 mins under the rain?
thats one of the mean reasons why a player gets ill... water will cool your body, but if you get exposed to it more than average you'll get sick

according to rai chanel our formation for atalanta game are:
Kalac, Oddo, Nesta, Kaladze, Maldini, Gattuso, Pirlo, Ambrosini, Seedorf, Pato and Gila.
I hope Pato will does the same that he does against Sweden and again i like Gila to score becouse is more funnyer when he score.

I hope we win 1-0 after creating a lot of chances that are saved by Coppola... I'd like to see him back with Milan next season... he has been great this year at Atalanta
