Hamburg - Milan (friendly: 06/01/09)

Tomorrow, at 18:00, Milan will play against Hambug in a friendly game ...

Beckham will probably play, we'll see how he is integrated to the team, because unfortunately (my opinion is that he isn't what we need), it seems like he could play almost every game if he is fit ...

I dont like Beckham being in Milan and I dont expect anything from him ( except Milan making money and MAYBE investing in some real players ). If Beckham came here 5 years ago - ok. its better to try any play Marek in the middle as we'll need him there. And Antonini at the LB.

And, he had slight injury and will most likely not play tommorow. He CANT be fit, Carlo and Galliani are lying just like when Dinho came here, for the press. The man hasnt played 2 months, lets all get real.

Since it's a friendly, I dont mind Beckham playing. In fact, I want him to play so that one can pass a judgment on his abilities outside of America. His fitness as mentioned above is questionable.
Anyway, I read a report that he limped out of a training session today so things not looking good for him.

I am not surprised at Becks pulling up with a niggle..30+ yr olds dont deal with intense physical workouts too well...and he is no exception.

MILAN - Here is the Rossoneri's official formation which will go on the pitch tomorrow in a friendly game against Hamburg: Abbiati; Zambrotta, Maldini, Kaladze, Jankulovski; Flamini, Pirlo, Ambrosini, Ronaldinho; Pato, Shevchenko.

Interesting to see Marek back at LB...guess Carlo thinks that he will b ok with Ambro and Flamini in the middle.

R80 seems to be playing centrally behind the strikers...lets see what he can do there.

I hope that the formation in the middle is only for friendly game. Carlo should try to play Jankulovski in left CM position as we would have more options in the way of attacking. Playing Jankulovski (compare to Ambrosini or a DM) in old Seedorf's position will cause same less effect with regard to defensive thing IMO.

I hope the players will take this game serious and that we will have a good game before sunday.

To bad Becks cant play because i was curious in what form he was.

Hope that Pato and Sheva + Dinho can show some magic.

Good point. But wouldnt kill also to try Becks on friendlies at least we could back with any Marek's positions at official games meanwhile we better hope a miracle from Becks in his presence here until March 9th 2009. Because somehow his arrival just make my nerves gets high. He could be in any position which is fill by Seedorf, Max and Pirlo also he could fill Kaka or R80 position at 4-3-2-1 formation. But Ancelotti seems like hoping his crossings which is his speciality when he was played for MU or Madrid. So I think Pirlo whose always have that duty will be rotate with Becks. Anyway I hope we could use that dude in optimal way as he uses Milan to come back to his level as professional football. So far I just only notice his presence on E! channel

With Beckham and Pirlo together in the middle we can count on 150 long passes per game...

I consider him a good player and a great professional who behaves well on the field and plays with heart and respect. He is a real sportsman. But Beckham is not needed in Milan, and I care about Milan's game, not about certain people who like to play in Europe so they can go and play wC under Cappello. So as soon he flyes off to LA, the better it is for Milan.

Beckham is a joke, the club's behaviour is a joke. We bought Vuidez and Cardaccio and sold them as bright hopes for the future on the back of their performaces in copa libatadores (spelling). We dont give them any playing time, instead we go and sign yet another slow 'has been' Beckham for midfield. Cardaccio should be given thechance to play here, not him.

There is absolutely nothought put into anything at Milan anymore. Beckham soemone who is plus 30 is signed for a number of weeks, most of which he will waste by getting fit, settled and in form. Janku, showed he is very useful in midfield, but wont play there now as we must put on this circus show. We are the new inter, we are losing touch with reality.

Sorry Mrki but i dont agree with you, i think this offensive midfiled is our solution, we all see that playing with players like Ambro Flamini is killing for us, one match we played without this guys and with ofensive midfield we score 5 and conceded only one.
Our game is so defensive thats why we are third, im so tired of watchin Milan playing with 3 DMC its so F****** bored, Udinese were our best tactic and we must stay with that, and you know this is Pirlo with Seedorf, Kaka, Dinho plus one AMC and Pato.

We hammered Udinese because they are more of a mess than we currently are. Other teams will give us more resistance.

we cant use KAKA in this match because of injurie same as seedorf but it seems that beckham will play
