Wow, I'm still in awe of that heartless and half ass Showing on Wednesday.
We're without r80 and pirlo ,I'm hoping this team can bite its lip till end of the season and try with all their heart to win every game.

4-3-1-2

Janku, thiago, fav, anto
Mancini, flamini, ambro
Seedorf
B22. Pippo

Geo need you to sprinkle some magic on this thread.

Forza Milan. Forza spend some money this summer.

Ps. Switch janku and. Anto

Play de Vito as LB, and put Antonini back as RB, Aidiyah as right wing.. no better time than this to play them & see what they can offer .

btw, t.silva, flamini, and seedorf are one card away from suspension

MilanLab needs to be scratched and so does our training methods. When we had a winter break we were supposed to recover all of our players back but instead Zambrotta was injured for 2 months, Seedorf for about the same amount, and Pato for 2 months, comes back, 3 weeks injured, comes back, and another 3 weeks injured -- all from the same muscle.

Definitely, definitely there's something wrong with our medical staff and treatment.

I think the problem is when he smiles or laughs, he does not have a Milan's face

Seedorf and Flamini are replaceable for one match, as long as we have Pirlo back and Ambrosini (injury). Thiago Silva isn't, especailly with Nestagol out.

I don't think we should be playing primavera players "just because". Because we do have something to lose at this point. Adiyah sure, because we actually don't have anyone else in that spot. We could of course test a different formation. But Adiyah is in the senior team, De Vito isn't.

This is truly a tricky one, Gazzetta sees us doing the 4-3-3 with Seedorf-Borri-Hunter. And all 3 DM's in midfield. It just seems so perverse.

(Btw, it seems we signed Yepes on a free transfer)

Somehow I just see our season going downhill from here. We have injured players who cant seem to recover, players losing form that are match fit, and confidence, after the mauling in Manchester, is at an all time low.

The brief somewhat lucky respite we got with the recent victory to take us to -1 seems like a year ago, and has been diluted by us now conceding 2nd place, and falling to -4 to Inter, after a loss to a Parma side that we supposedly dominated.

Again, the paucity of proper signings in the summer, the continued reliance on a team of players past their physical prime, a playing surface that generates injuries like no other, combine to errode the gains Leo has made in his first season in management.

FORZA MILAN.

I cant see us winning this game, a draw would be the most I can hope for.

For all of you who think it's over and suggest we should play youngsters, be careful, we still have time to end up out of top four.

After 30 games played:

1st - Inter (63 pts)
2nd - Milan (59 pts)
3rd - Roma (59 pts)
4th - Palermo (48 pts)
5th - Sampdoria (47 pts)
6th - Napoli (45 pts)
7th - Juventus (45 pts)
8th - Genoa (43 pts)
9th - Bari (42 pts)
10th - Parma (41 pts)
11th - Fiorentina (41 pts)
12th - Cagliari (39 pts)

27/03/10 - 18:00
Roma - Inter

27/03/10 - 20:45
Palermo - Bologna

28/03/10 - 15:00
Fiorentina - Udinese
Siena - Genoa
Napoli - Catania
Sampdoria - Cagliari
Juventus - Atalanta
Livorno - Bari
Chievo - Parma

28/03/10 - 20:45
Milan - Lazio

What to expect from other games:
- A win by Roma !! Please !! Anyway, what a weird choice of time for such a game ?! Why 18:00 ??
- Other games, I don't really care, I will maybe watch Palermo again (to see again and again Pastore and be able to rate him more and more precisevely).

Our game:
- Lazio away has the following statistics: 3-6-6 (on the whole season: 7-11-12) ... so let's say that if we don't win, it will be a very bad performance for sure, even with the players out actually.
- They won their last two games, and it's only the second time they win two games in a row (first time = first two games).

I don't see many things to say about Lazio.

What we're sure about is that Leonardo will have an headache !!

Since there is no Dinho and Pirlo, I reckon Leo should try 4-4-2.
With a back four of Zambro-T.Silva-Favalli-Antonini
Midfield, Abate-Flamini-Ambro/Seedorf/Gattuso-Janku
Borri and Hunter/Pippo up front.

I think that might work against Lazio under the circumstances.

I've heard many MM members call Lazio our "b*tch*s", but they seem to have woken up and we are in a really, really bad spot. And generally, there is always a first.

Without Dinho & Pirlo means no all-left-side and deep-lying-playmaker, I think we'll see a textbook formation with 2 forwards.
