There's a letter from the ultras "Curva Sud" for the management. basically asking Il Presidente to rejuvenate the squad and stop blaming the economy and so on. i can't understand Italian, as i wish someone in this forum could take the responsibility to translate it for us all. i'd be appreciate it.

Let's keep our fingers crossed. Also, if Thaksin could sell City for £210 mil after buying it only at £81 mil a year before, then I don't see why it's hard to find potential buyer for a club of Milan's stature even in this hard times.

Milan should be sold if Berlu is willing to rejuvenate this squad.

Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi is prepared to negotiate to sell a 25-30 per cent stake in the club to Russian state-run oil company Gazprom, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport newspaper.

Berlusconi is said to be seeking in the region of €180million to sell the shares in a landmark move that would see the Italian prime minister relinquish full control of the Serie A giants after 24 years at the helm.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, a close friend of Berlusconi, is believed to be playing an active role in negotiations and the breakthrough allegedly came when the pair met last month.
