I don't get those subs festivities at all. Like someone is holding a gun into their heads and say: You MUST do all subs. You have team which controls game, which established some "field chemistry", they have momentum etc. And than, you dismantle all that by changing four or five players. It's almost half of the team, ffs. Wise old folks said "Don't change winning team", but nooooo, maniacs must do all subs, all subs, to spoil everything. Second thing, you put worse players, you change good player for crappier one. It can work with one or two players, but when you put 4 or 5 craps - of course you will ruin your teams cohesion and everything. Sure, if you're chasing results, than change, but when you dominate - don't, just don't. You can't change half of your team and expect for things to stay as they were. Especially if you have thin or have no bench at all.
