I can imagine Nesta being a youth coach or part of the coaching staff at senior level. Maybe he's work as an assistant, effectively replacing Tassotti (who I suspect is probably leaving this summer). That last option could give him the opportunity to learn from someone more experienced, a bit like Zidane with Ancelotti, or Ancelotti when he was Sacchi's assistant in the mid 90's.
Edit: Just read Barbara wants to redevelop Milanello to improve the training centre, but also redevelop it to make it more accessible to fans and sponsors, by building restaurants and an area for commercial events.
For the staff, she wants have modern facilities where they can play golf and have modern medical and fitness facilities.
