I do think we had a plan but we just keep chopping and changing.

We need someone with the balls to take over, come up with a plan, build a team with the players and coach to suit, and stick it through. 
Sick of seeing the same bullshit pattern.
-THis year will be year one.
-Buy/Sell a bunch of players
-Sign a coach that doesn't necessarily fit the team bought
-Sack him before xmas
-slowly regain the ground we've lost to just survive till the end of the season.
-rinse/repeat

Upamecano is vauled at least €50m and will attract interest from more interesting clubs than Milan are at the moment. Offering Calhanoglu as part of the deal we would still have to pay at least €40 million, that is if Upamecano would even be interested in coming here.

And how much will our summer transfer budget be? Probably not even close to €50m.
