We can see that young, modern, hungry players can do the job. Yes, keep a few proven names in the squad, but that's about it. The scouting network, if anything, should be expanded and become stronger then ever.
Also, invest into our core. Make sure we keep the players we already have. Give them better salaries for example, rather then investing in new players. Keep the same group and watch them grow. Add 1-2 player per season if necessary. But signing players for the sake of signing them should not be done. Especially "names".

What's the point of this post??? Do you not read or do you just have trouble understanding? Which is it?
We bought Kaka as a youngster (exactly what I'm suggesting we keep doing) and we got Inzaghi as he was just getting in his prime of his career but still with a ton to prove and a chip on his shoulder from his time at Juventus as he felt a bit mistreated there (again, what i'm suggesting)...so nowhere near to being "drained star" purchases or "just names" as I said.
My reference to Galliani was in his late years with us. Because imo, we are still in that same situation as we were in those Galliani years. Let me explain, in case you don't understand again. In the late Galliani years, we were "a big club with shit revenue, trying to get back to our feet". A fallen giant, if you wanna think of it that way. Right now, we are "a big club with shit revenue, trying to get back to our feet". You see? Very similar (yet different) situations. Galliani chose to sign the likes of Menez and Sosa. Waste money on them and give them salaries. He also chose to re-sign the likes of Kaka and bought Balotelli and gave them huge salaries (at this point, Kaka a drained star and Balotelli a proven nutcase). Let's not forget a list of other "star names" or useless "experience" like Torres, Taarabt, Essien, L.Adriano....
Maldini on the other hand is signing the likes of Bennacer, Saelemaekers, Hauge and Hernandez. I want us to continue doing what Maldini is doing. No matter whether we make it to the CL and more money comes in or not. This, imo, is the right way forward. NOT Kaka (2nd stint), Balotelli, Menez, Essien, Torres, etc.
Hope that cleared it up for you a bit.....
Alexandre Pato: "I am working on going back soon, I want to go back to Europe again and Milan will be my favorite destination."

the phrase Galliani style is so generic ... you should always mention that berlu lost interest in club so Galliani had this path to follow only, and, thus, his worldwide proven skills in mercato were restricted ... as a Milan fans, i dont allow any inaccuracy in talking about the beloved fox Galliani; always be careful here, it is where passion lays.

Milan Ac
Mazen, if the years before the end of B&G were not mismanaged F&M wouldnt need to spend the 200 million. I know you, for some reason, are willing to criticize Berlu but not Galliani but Berlu pretty much set the club back 1 decade by selling to a fake owner. Arguably he set it back even more by not selling earlier, when he started to lose interest 10 years ago. What they did up until 2007 doesn't excuse the after part. Both of them.

Milan Berlu Charisma and strength and presentation is the best ever. Whatever happened it's not inability; it's something well known to the level it was planned for to happen by Berlu and Galliani... Why appoint Inzaghi? because and because
whatever happened, Galliani and Berlu choices of players and management were fab most of these years.
Milan football particularly in san siro is magica fantasia
You're telling me berlu and galliani era tc and etc
Man they made my years so gorgeous and full of magica and fantasia
Maldini learned from both berlu and Galliani all these years, so no wonder I am sure of his success
p.s. Imagine Galliani was in Iva's place from day one
as an arabic milan fans group on facebook say
Kessie is the poor's seedorf
