Gazidis fault.... The Club has to pay what it takes
Gazidis's fault? Come on now...
Boban's contract may have in it that he is due compensation or what not. That's fine. Kind of what a sacked coach gets for example. But let's not for 1 second make him a victim here. He run his mouth like always. He's a hothead and is known for that. Gazidis did what every CEO for any other company does....which is to keep an eye on the future, especially when things aren't going well. The CEO doesn't owe Boban, of all people, explanations. If things weren't done correctly, as Boban says, then there was a time and a place. The media wasn't it. You can't expect to publicly attack and shit on your boss, and keep your job. No matter how right you think you are. None of us get to do that. There is a time and a place to discuss your disagreement. And now he wants 5mil for unfair dismissal? Fuk him!

There is no Gazidis fault. The 'behind the back' stuff is silly in football context.
How many times is a coach signed the day after a coach is sacked? They were talking for weeks to get to contract signing day, it is always complex enough to need many days. Management and ownership talk to others about coming for sure many days if not weeks before. As far as project goes, actually we have had no expensive signings so if we are happy now it IS Gazidis project.

Legally, I guess we do owe him money
Logically and bearing in mind Boban's character, we do not owe him a penny
