I do like the poise shown by the club during this touchy time. Also because that's probably the culture of our club. We aren't going to freeze a player out just to make a statement. That's why I can never be assigned any managerial role. I am emotional and irrational.

Guys I've tried talking bad about Kessie because I'm trying to detach since he seems set to leave. My real deep deep opinion on him is that he's just insanely consistent and will be world class soon.

If anything, he was inconsistent this season, opposite to the last season.

I'll take it a step further.
My deep deep deep opinion is, world and class should not be in the same sentence, paragraph or page with Kessie.

Playing with 10men is better than fielding Bakayoko ! Every game he makes mistakes which turns out to be costly.

Fiorentina will still push for big bucks but could do a purchase split over a few years plus send them a player or two their way to make it work for us. I think 40m overall would be reasonable. That being said. we need to move our ass now or we'll miss out given the longer we leave it, the more likely other teams join the line of interested clubs. Bremer would be a great pickup. Not sure Gabbia has the confidence yet to play regularly so a loan would be extremely beneficial for him. Plus, this morning showed we need the extra depth in CB.
