RLC is by far our best signing to this point. I was one of them who really hated the rumours when it first came. But i need to eat my hat i suppose.
About Reijnders, he could be a beast. The level he showed the first 3-4 matches was fantastic. He run the most in all matches, had assist, lot of goal scoring chances etc. His level is really good. His movement between the lines is a real asset for this team, and i think we can expect ,more goals, now that he finally buried his first.
Tonali or Reijnders? Its still very early, though I think its pretty easy to compare them actually:
- Tonali is way better defensively. Both positioning and radius.
- Tonali is more of a leader.
- Tonali is more physical and has more grinta and passion.
- Reijnders is way better vertically. Almost always progressive passes.
- Reijnders is better technically, and has better first touch.
- Reijnders is more creative.
- They are similar regarding pace, shooting, aerial ability and endurance.
Good players both of them, but i do think Reijnders have more potential.
According to some reports, Florenzi is involved in the betting scandal and will be interrogated by the Prosecutor in the coming days.

On Pulisic, whether I was on this forum or not doesn't change the fact that I was still a Milan fan & watched every game. I would simply wait until the end of the season to claim that he's a 'massive' upgrade over Messias or Saele. He cost 20-25m euros and for what he's shown thus far it wasn't worth spending the money. Saelemakers actually put in certain displays that wow'd all of us early on hence why we didn't look for replacements in the transfer windows immediately after. He was a good team player & worked hard. End of the day, not much has changed. We've had unprecedented struggles scoring goals and our only real source of attack comes from the left side, from Theo & Leao as per usual.
My main judgment on Pulisic is honestly that he is cleaner and seems higher quality than Messias/Saele but it's marginal. Combine that with spending more money on Chuk who's shown so far to be worse than Saele& Messias and honestly it just looks like bad allocation of $$$$.
I can assure you, I have no bias against Tonali or one for Reijnders. I think Reijnders was an excellent signing and I personally don't think Tonali "takes the cake" over Reijnders. BUT, to your point, we can wait and see. I just think Tonali's time at Milan is a bit over exaggerated because we all loved him for being a Milan fan and for the passion and work rate he showed for Milan. But taking a step back, in terms of play on the field, there wasn't much that was spectacular. Just overall, solid. It's not a knock on Tonali for me to say that. Quite the opposite actually, as I'd love to have an all-around solid CM to pair with the ones we have currently. But we all know how the transfer market played out so it is what it is.
On Pulisic, we can agree to disagree. You seem to acknowledge that he scored 4 goals in 3 months...which is half the goals Messias scored in 2 years....but, then you said he struggled lately. When lately? Lately isn't 2-3 games. That's not a large enough sample. 3 months alone is a tiny sample of games. So yes, we'll see how he continues, but so far he's been excellent and certainly an upgrade over Messias/Saele.
On Chuk, I agree. He hasn't added anything. I'm hoping that'll change. But yes, as of now, he is not an upgrade because he hasn't done a thing.
On Theo/Leao....I expect more. My expectation for Leao was 20 goals in Serie A this year. There is still time, so we'll see. So far it looks like he'll fall short of that. Theo on the other hand is experiencing a bit of a slump offensively. I think that'll change though. At least I hope it will.
Florenzi was at hearing today, but FIGC said he's not under investigation or suspicion, just an "informative" hearing. Florenzi said "I never gambled on football games, I gamble only on roulette"

Milan now are creating and scoring less than last season according to the stats. After spending 100m+. Depressing.
I am not sure Alexis and Messias can be compared to Pulisic and Chuk, on paper we did upgrade. I am almost sure I posted this in the summer: May be one of them was enough and we used the money from Chuk for example on a CF instead.
As for midfield, depth is just as important as anything. Reijnders, Musah and RLC were needed, they are not world class of course but needed. It is tempting to use budget on one 100 million player but this team has to fill spots too, not just Tonali but Kessie too. Not saying any of the new ones are Kessie type but more generally we still needed numbers just as much 'one 100 million player'.
I think we always had the plan to bring in a quality striker. But we failed in attempts on thuram and Taremi. Hopefully we can bring in someone in January
