The reality is probably Lukaku, return of Origi or renewal of Giroud
From those I'd pick Zirkzee.

Zirkzee is first choise, but Bayern can buy him back for 25 milions so is a little tricky.
Sooo i think Jonathan David is the more realistic option.
Feels like David is an obvious connection there. Contract running out, have little reason to stay in his current team and competition might not be as intense.
What about that Girona striker Dovbyk? He also looks very good!
I doubt we can afford anyone from Girona.
They were bought by same dude who owns Manchester City, so they don't need money, players are more than well payed and he's building team to overthrow Real and Barcelona.
With owner we unfortunately have, our best players will go to Girona very soon.

Defenders linked lately:

Tosin Adarabioyo (Fulham)
Ben Godfrey (Everton)
Trevoh Chalobah (Chelsea)
Caglar Soyuncu (Atletico Madrid)
Jakub Kiwior (Arsenal)
Clement Lenglet (Aston Villa on loan from Barcelona)
Lilian Brassier (Brest)

Probably even more...

Not exactly top shelf, is it? Do we really need it now or can we wait until the summer? I guess some of our absentees are coming back soon?
Maybe Brassier îs a interesting player, but im fine with what we have now. I would like to give some minutes to Simic, not bring a dead wood from Barca.
Yup, play Simic and Gabbia. Let's also see what Pellegrino kid have to offer... None of the mentioned above is upgrade to what we have, so...
