All Leao has is really speed as his crossing, passing and esp shooting are pretty poor. 25 soon so perhaps 4/5 years left tops if solely reliant on pace. Hence should cash in while value high though question how many big clubs really want such a limited player plus the likes of PSG have slowed down on their big spending.

That's what comes to my mind when I read about Leao's upcoming autobiography. One single good season domestically in Italy and he thinks he has something to tell the world. Hilarious.

He mentioned about playing with a smile on his face. There's a player in the past who shared this trait: Ronaldinho.

The Brazilian's career might spiral down sooner than expected but for two or three years he was the best football player in the world, bringing joy not only to his club, but also to football fans all over the world. I doubt that Leao will ever reach that level.

I will not cry if Conte is our next coach. He brings grinta and winning spirit that is something we lack under Pioli. He also likes 3-5-2, a formation im fund of, and i think we could succeed with.

On the other side i dont think he will develop talents, so RedBird must change approach 360 degrees and give him a great budget. He demands it to take the job.

Players like Zeroli, Simic, Camarda, Traore and so on can probably forget to have minutes under Conte.

I rather want Motta or De Zerbi, and the wet dream(Klopp). But i will be curious anyways with Conte.

Former AC Milan sporting director Ariedo Braida has criticised those currently in charge of the club for assembling a squad that is ‘mid-table’.

“At Milan right now there are ups and downs, they’re not a great team and I say this honestly. They’re a mid-table club, which haven’t even made it past the Champions League group. They’re not at a high level at the moment.

Watching some Zirkzee compilations from serie A games this season. What a joy to watch. The technical abilty and first touch from him is such a high level you dont see very often! He’s only 22yo, and 1,93m big so he also has the physicality… we should be all over him!!
Zlatan can learn him a thing or two about positioning and finishing… he can become an absolute elite striker!

He's really good but I see him as more of a CF. Depends if Conte is coming in or not, because under Pioli with one striker I think he's lacking the physicality to be a stand alone striker.
Conte is known for fielding 3-5-2, or 5-3-2 with rare transitions to a 4-4-2. No matter what he's known for playing with two striker formations from what I recall. If that's the case Zirkzee would be a gem as the support striker where we'd then need more of a finisher / physical type beside him.
