Gerry Cardinale will only be able to partly fund the transfer budget largely because the Rossoneri will not be able to count on anywhere close to the same UEFA prize money compared to last season’s CL run.
Thus, there might well be the need to self-finance the summer window and this is where the idea of incoming offers for Mike Maignan, Rafael Leao and Theo become more interesting.
Broke Gerry will need to sell to buy.
Isn't that the same case last year too? We had the CL money and still ended up selling Tonali to fund the transfers?
Inter is not breeding farm. They will sell their best players only as last resort. They could sell Lautaro for 150+M and "reinvest" that into 5-6 cats in bag, but they did everything to keep him. Without him they would be fighting with Lazio and Napoli for 8th place right now...
We are doing quite the opposite. We are selling our best players and replacing them with a bunch of cheap "let's hope they'll be good" type of players.
But I guess that's what we get when club is owned by wall street scumbag.

First thing first. We need a damn coach. Them maybe we can get at least David in CF. Geertruida in RB and Thuram in CM.
All like we like. In the last year of contract from summer.

That is big "who". "Big names" likes stability and opportunity to build during years. I doubt any of them will come here just to watch his team being dismantled every summer. We will need someone who is capable and motivated to start from scratch every year. To lose his best players and to build again.

Roberto De Zerbi is a milanista and he coach a team inferior to ours by far, which sell their best player every year. He also play an innovative style that can break any opponent. I would love to see what he could do here.
Camarda could be starting from us two years from now. the things he is doing at his age is extraordinary.
