I will continue dreaming that players like Scalvini and Buongiorno, even Chiesa types, are developed in house or at least found and bought when they cost less. Look at our current squad, we need many more Gabbia and Kalulu types, even if you don't rate them at least the cost is lower this way.
Gyokeres may have only one season behind him but either we do what I described in my previous paragraph or we have to spend, maybe someone like Sesko is cheaper but it is still not cheap. In my opinion wholesale changes will lead to Mirabelli results more often that we may want to believe. Wholesale change when done in isolation (a team that can only afford it once or twice) is very risky cause if it doesn't work it will leave a huge mark with no money to 'repeat' it.

While motta remains my favourite, Sarri wouldnt be a bad option at all IMO.
Sesko is my favourite for the strike role, so im happy with the stron rumours that we will go all inn for him. New manager, new motivation and an attack of Chukwueze- Pulisic- Leao- Sesko is mouth watering. I think its possible to play that formation when we know Pulisic is working very good defensively, but we absolutely need a strong defensive Kessie type together with Reijnders. Bennacer/Adli is not good enough to play in the pivote.
Theo wants to stay despite a lot of rumours about a Bayern move. He is our engine, but he is a player who needs to be motivated so a new coach will be refreshing also for him. To get all the reinforcments we neeed, we need to sell a top player, and that should be Maignan. 60 million for him + 35 million for Salad and CDK gives us 100 million + money from CL: 150 million in total. Sesko will be 60/70 million, new GK. 20/30 million. The rest should be spent on a strong DM and a if money enough, a strong and talented RB. Calabria is simply not god enough.
I know we probably should think about a good CB, but i still have faith in a Thiaw- Tomori partnership. Injuries, Piolis tactics and abnormally many personal mistakes has led to a leaking defence. On paper its a great partnership, and they where really good together at the start of the season. The potential is there.
I just want this season to end, so silly season can start. It should be an exiting summer.

Neither Thiaw or Tomori are good enough. Both make huge mistakes/errors that lead to goals.
Midfield is so poorly constructed that it needs an overhaul.
Current team and set up ships in goals. Thst needs to change big time if wish to go anywhere.
I really think we need to add a high quality starter at CB as well. All our current CBs can have good games, but have issues with consistency and are error prone. Against a clinical team like Inter, our defense get exposed badly because they punish us for every mistake we make. We need a true leader in defense who doesn't make many mistakes and can organize the defense as a whole.
We need prime Defenders, enough of signing unripe player.
