I think that will be our best hope to get CL football next year. Italian teams doing quite well again so atm Italy will get their 5th cl spot. But offcourse its only January and a lot can change untill the end of the season. I support all Italian teams now, as we need them to do well

It's too early to tell or even think about it. Currently, Italy is indeed at second place which gives 5th spot, but it means nothing for now. Will need few semifinalists/finalists, as in previous years to keep that 2nd place.

Good point. I can see why club may not want to spend extra money to take ineligible players with the team but this was a home game.

He's "forgiven".  No "story" there, turns out he's been there for some time, receiving treatments for his injury at some specialist clinic, it's not wimp trip just for the game.

Ugly wins and some luck in other games. 

(Could have been better if Barcelona lost, since they will play Atalanta in the final round.)

Still, we need one more win. Our GD is awful and we are almost automatically guaranteed the last place if points are tied.
