I still wonder why all other transfers we've done have been officially announced on acmilan.com except Joao Felix. Others - in and out - are updated on our squad list too, but not Joao Felix. What's the secret?

I understand why they won't let Joao Felix go too cheap too easily:

Most of our winter reinforcements came out of nowhere, so I remain hopeful that they will want to work on Tonali. This doesn't have to be announced to the world before it materializes, definitely not with so many months away. I am content with the management's willingness to correct their mistakes this winter mercato, and hope they will want to have Tonali back. Economically it is going to be a difficult one, but if there is a will, there is a way. 
I don't get all the hype around Ricci yet, but I don't know too much other than blindly supporting Milan.

I also think getting Tonali back should be a priority. But it will be even more difficult now that Howe is a little upset with Newcastle making unwanted January sales. Can’t see Tonali being a player they would happily be rid of. It would take an offer of 85 million euro plus to get him back. We will likely only be able to bring him back either as a free agent or in the last year of his contract when he is 27/28.

Really want to see how Felix will do, because he is a top class talent.
