According to some sources we are also in talks with Partizan Belgrade for their 18 year old striker Andrej Kostic.

Oddly, I am okay with Fullkrug deal but not so much with Kostic.

Fullkrug is not any flashy option, but he has the quality that Allegri looks for and this team desperate needs. I am not sure why we are looking at Kostic unless he is a generational talent and/or we give up on Camarda.

Why even worry about Kostic? It's not a first team teanfser. Chances are he won't make a single first team appearance for anothe 2 years. Obviously he's a talented young player. But It's a transfer similar to Lazetic or Odogu. These are gamble type transfers on young players. If they work out, you could hit the jackpot. If not, consider it "gamble money". The likes of Real Madrid and Chelsea do this with tens of millions every year. Milan on the ither hand is in the 4-8m range.

Moncada is a pretender. He’s terrible at everything he does. Our team is just in so much disarray that it will take new ownership to get us out of this mess. 

The board’s idea is to sign youngsters and develop them so they turn a nice profit. Well, 1 - Furlani didn’t even make even close to as much as he could have for Tijiani. IMO, the transfer fee if all the targets are met (72 million I think) should have been the guaranteed and then include add ons for more. 2 - you can’t buy all these youngsters and expect them to develop in Serie C with an equally chaotic system in Futuro. Kirovski needs to leave too as he isn’t the right guy for European football. Had Abate stayed, Camarda, Liberali and Zeroli would be with the first team right now.

The price for taking Fullkrug permanently is just 5m, same as Kostic.
