Quite a few of these have already tried playing outside of Norway and Bodø/Glimt's system with little success and then returned.

I see words like highly rated in relation to Andre. These days I don't have much trust in us unearthing teenage talent. I mean this in the sense that signing a 19 year old player ready for first team and hopefully CL ready. On a team that uses multiple CMs we barely give minutes to Ricci and Jashari so I don't know what signing another CM even means.

If we're frustrated by Leao's inconsistency we will definitely be frustrated by Nusa. He's an exciting young talent for sure, but he performs well like once a month or for his national team. And he's also been quite injury prone so far in his career.

I am still hoping Tare will make a difference, otherwise I have little faith in 'replacements' and 'reinvestment'. We have done some decent transfers over the recent past, but more is needed to be a consistently good team.
We may need to sell Leao for example but there should not be anything close to another year zero.

I am completely happy to sell Leao. He’s pretty much useless except for the odd dribble. Really sad as he could have turned into a potential Balon D’Or winner. Unfortunately he doesn’t have the mindset to get better.
