So Musah and Bennacer will come back. But obviously, I don't expect either of them to stay for next season. Is Musah going to the world cup with USA? If so, Ihope he gets some game time and has a good performance or two. Usually that's enough to get EPL teams reaching into their pockets.

Moretto: Leao could become a valid name for Milan's summer outgoing market. Clearly it depends on the offer, but from what we understand, if a proposal were to arrive even around 45-50M, something more with bonuses, Milan would consider it.

My guess is that as of today 30%, if we miss CL 50%. A lot of current articles are feeding on the negativity. Doubt it is more than 50% overall.

If this ownership can't invest 150m this summer, excluding sales, then we are in for another lon year. Allegri or not. With the CL, our revenue will likely reach 500m. Money doesn't always guarantee success. But we definitely NEED quality in our squad. 

For Leao, I am totally fine if he is sold. I think the time has come. It's best for both parties. It sucks that he could probably fetch 80m a couple years ago and now we'd be lucky to get 50. But such is life. Both parties need to move on. We actually already have 3 left attackers in the squad (Pulisic, Saele, Nkunku), so purely from a replacement standpoint, we'd not be in an emergency. Granted, apart from Pulisic, neither of the other 2 can measure up to (even this version of) Leao in terms of output. But this also means that we wpuld not be limited to only looking for a LW. Depending on availability in the market, if the best option is at RW, then we buy a RW and utilize those we already have on the left. 
I guess the more important question is whether or not we'll even use wingers. 

Anyway, back to my 150m plan , I would buy a CB, a CM, and a CF. Imo, that's where the budget should go. From there on, use sales to (hopefully) upgrade elsewhere.

Rumours circulating Theo, that he wants to leave Saudi and even take a big salary cut to go back to Milan. Far fetched, but who knows, he will be a big upgrade of course if motivated.

Retegui's price is "Saudi price". So unless a Saudi club wants him and he's willing to go, that should be excluded as a measuring stick. 

On Larsen and Elanga, they are EPL to EPL transfers. EPL sides circulate the money and ensure it stays in England. There is no other way to explain the fees that are being "exchanged" between clubs there. And it's not a far-fetched concept either. It's fairly simple and easy way to make sure money stays within the league and grow internally. 

Anyway, I don't necessarily disagree that when you see Larsen sold for 50m, how the hell wpuld Leao be worth the same and not at least 20-30 more than that. But it will be hard to achieve. That's the reality. When you start throwing 50+m numbers around, there is a very limited group of clubs that's able to afford that (again, exclude EPL to EPL moves). And those that can afford that, will not want Leao. Unfortunately (for him and us), he is simply not in the elite status of players in his position. Look at Luis Diaz af Bayern. They paid 70m, but the guy is an absolute animal. Runs for ages, presses, defends, and scores a shit ton of goals. Leao is nowhere near that level. 

So who can we scam put of 70m for Leao? Not sure we'll find a team foolish enough tbh. The random EPL team that'll drop stupid money on a player outside of England is definitely a possibility....but i don't expect him to accept to go to a West Ham, or Palace, or Forrest, etc. Utd maybe, or Chelsea. Because those are 2 of the dumbest clubs around....but we'll see.
