We have 29 players right now! That's too much and we absolutely must sell. Obviously, selling Mesbah and Taiwo will reduce us to 27 which is pretty much on target for our squad size (bear in mind we'll have an extra player in Constant due to Muntari's injury). However, only then imo will we be in a position of selling first before getting new players. We'd have to sell Didac if we're to buy a new LB, I think Strasser would go out on loan if or when we get a new DM and one of the forwards would have to leave before we can look for our "vice-Ibra".

I wouldn't consider tevez though as an ibra replacement, I'd put him down as replacement for robinho or cassano, maybe even pato. with out ibra we lack height, and pretty much just everything he offers. if Ibra leaves I'd expect a similar player like cavani or torres to take his place, a big strong goal scoring striker

Tevez can act as a false 9 really well, in which respect he could do a lot of what Ibra does. However, you're right, he doesn't have Ibra's height and we have a tendency to play quite a lot of long balls in our game (not in a bad way might I add), meaning we'd have to distinctly change our play style with Tevez instead of Ibra.

We don't need Emmanuelson if Didac stays or 1 fullback comes (assuming Taiwo, Mesbah and Didac out from Milan).

Our problem is injury prone. If we look at our strikers, we have 5 players for 2 spots. That's a lot. We should only have 4 but we have Pato, Cassano who are doubtful stay fit in full season. There is also Robinho who in Milan seems injury prone enough. In midfield Muntari is already injured and replaced by Constant (one spot used 'useless'). Flamini and Ambrosini are as injury prone as Pato. Ah yeah, Boateng is also injury prone last year .

In defense we have Bonera who has been often injured.

We actually can make a squad of 24-25 players but we have many injury prone players.

Mesbah is going to play in Torino (loan + option).
Strasser could follow him too.

Then, it seems Robinho isn't interested by Malaga and would want to stay in Milan, and he could accept to decrease his salary (from 6M to 4M) ...

Of course, if Ibra doesn't leave (I think his departure would allow our management to breath regarding our wage bill ...), Thiago Silva doesn't leave, Robinho doesn't leave and accept to be paid less, then, the solutions are limited. Pato won't leave, and that leaves us with both Boateng and Cassano being the last players we could get cash from.

If none of them leaves, nobody will arrive.

No, what I mean we have 2 players but can only use one (at least for a couple of months), that's what I mean one spot used useless (it is Muntari, his injury).

I think Siregar meant Constant already took a spot in the team, but not a non-EU spot, just a place in the 25 player team ... What he probably meant is that to complete our squad, we would need 25-26 players, but because of the injury of Muntari, we got Constant who already takes one of these spots, which means one less player coming.

The only rumours I'm interested in are the Kolarov and Dzeko rumours, and even if both come, our squad will only be 26.5 players. Shouldn't that be just perfect?
