Been following the mercato as much as anyone.It has been lack lustre but I am hoping that Galliani is in the view of teams know Milan got big money saved money and doesn't want to get screwed for transfer fee's.
Ibra Silva big loss , but thats the past.
The CB situation is rather meh for me , Yepes is almost 37 and can't be relied on.Bonera is still the same player as he was we know what he bring's , Acerbi I have a big ? over his head for a 23 year old he is incredibly slow and awkward on the ball but I hope its pre season fitness issues and nerves.Zapata is decent and hopefully doesn't carry over his Villareal form.Mexes looks like he may leave , we actually need him now.
LB & RB is the same , LB still a big problem area.
Our midfield really scares me , Ambro Traore Flamini Strasser Constant Noce Muntari all play similar and none are very good Noce maybe the best from that group , Monty and Urby are all the creativity we have which is not great.We will have big problems retaining the ball with any combination of the above.
Prince is our main Treq atm and once fit and healthy is good for us , Urby would be the backup to him.
Pato , SES , Binho , Cassano not bad Pato needs to stay fit Binho needs to finish his chances and SES I think will mature a bit this year , he really has no choice.
As for signings at this stage I'd be over the moon with Kaka Mbiwa and a good DM or Ball playing mid that can create.
I knew that we wouldnt spend the money we saved and got for players but I did fully expect Silva's fee and wages to be used on debt , and Ibra's fee 20 -25 to be used on new player's.Probably not going to happen now.
No point in harping on about lack of money and bitching as the MGT work with what they have .
