Anyone know this guy?

I read on other forum that he is 18 years old and played for U17 of certain club. So, when Milan sign him, he will join Primavera IMO. With this type of transfer, we can't judge now, only later.

THis is abit off topic, but Baresi will be coming HK and play in a Senior 7s tournament at my club. Can't wait to meet him in person.

Back to transfer, pretty quiet yesterday on my font, any news?

10 injury in 1.5 years...

A concerning figure but I think we've seen improvement in 2011 so far. He's had 2 injuries so far, but both were fairly minor and not long term muscle problems, as was feared last year.

Edit : Some new news today...

Braida is heading back to Brazil again to try and finalise the Ganso deal. Apparently we're looking to get him for about 20-25 million rather than the 30 reported last week.

Porto have rejected a deal for Hulk with our offer being around 16-17 million euros. We're also interested in Falcao and Fernando of Porto.

Apparently Pirlo's been in contact with Juve while Rino's agent has made some uncertain remarks about Rino's future.

All news was on milannews.
I really believe that if we just acquire three players, we will be set to dominate Serie A and be competitive in the CL for years to come. These players are: Taiwo, Ganso and Robben

-----------------------Abbiati------------------------
---Abate----Nesta------Thiago Siva------Taiwo--
--------------------Van Bommel--------------------
----KPB-------------Ganso-------------Robben----
----------------Ibra----------Pato-------------------

Obviously we'd need to find a replacement for MvB 1 year from now and the long-time fitness of Robben is always a doubt. But with back up players like Merkel, Urby and Strasser for our midfielders, and Cassano/Robinho for the strikers, we should have enough competition to keep everyone on their toes. Of course if we get Mexes too that would be great, as that would mean we would have quality cover for all positions on the pitch.

To be honest, I am sadly looking forward to saying goodbye to the old guard (after all, they gave us many fond memories and so much success). I really wouldn't mind keeping Pirlo as a backup tbh (even at his age he is sheer class), however, I am sure he will be wanting first team football and thus he might opt to go to another club where he will be guaranteed that.
A 4-1-3-2 would be very unbalanced, with only one holding midfielder. And Boateng wouldn't be very effective on the wing.

I think Allegri will stick with the same formation, 4-3-1-2.

4-3-1-2 is the best formation for us. And especially if we'll sign a great left fullback who is also good in attack. In that formation fullbacks can really make the difference!

Agreed, if we just could clone Serginho... Tongue

Drenthe has said that he's on talks with Inter and Milan.

F.Coentrao would be the best option IMO, but also the most expensive one.
I think we'll get Taye Taiwo, but I have no idea how good he is.
Apparently we may be close to signing Pazienza from Napoli:

Robben has promised future to Bayern, (talk is cheap) but I believe he will stay. They will also get Coentrao and become a stronger team.

Milan will keep their forwards as is (Ibra, Pato, Cassano, Robinho, Inzaghi). We will probably land Ganso, and then 1 more change in Midfield (maybe 2) if we lose both Pirlo & Seedorf.

Then a LB and CB. I see a potential for 4 significant acquisitions, maybe 5!
