Winter mercato January 2015

We have a better team than Cagliari, Cesena, etc on paper, but our players didn't want the win as them, weren't motivated as them, that's the problem when you have players without hunger and ambition to win, playing only for the fat paycheck.

I blame Inzaghi for the choice of players he uses. He should play younger and more hungrier players like Van Ginkel and Saponara, but he continues to play washed-up players like Bonera and Muntari even though it evidently hurts the team.

Actually Fiorentina finished 4th the past 2 seasons playing entertaining football. They also reached the final of the Coppa Italia. They're only struggling this year because both first choice strikers (and backup striker/winger Bernardeschi) have been unavailable.

Who's fault is it our players are unmotivated? Surely that's the coaches responsiblity. How else do you explain mediocre squad's like Sampdoria, Genoa, Udinese putting in consistently good performances?

PS glad you finally admit it's Inzaghi's fault too Devilol

He seems to have NO set tactics for how he wants the team to play, his subs are poor.Im not suggesting id do better as I see his errors after the games or during them.He doesnt seem to learn from them.
It was a step too far too soon. Our season is panning out badly. Some can say we're 3 points off third but I say dropping points to Cagliari Empoli Cesena Palermo is pitiful out of 12 points we got 2.The squad is poor but its set up horribly.

As the season progresses we'll drop a hell of alot of points.Id bet we wont make EL & they still harp on about UCL.We'll prob see a few free additions in Jan adding to the wage bill with no improvement.

Yes Pippo plays a formation we haven't got players for (since when are SES/Honda wingers?), players out of position (Menez, Honda, Bonera) and is addicted to playing fodders like Muntari, Bonera, Essien every game (he even dared saying Bonera/Essien were the best players against Parma!). To top it off we have no defensive/attacking movements and don't play like a team. His substitutions are laughable often involving taking off the best player for the worst. Can't forget fielding 4 attackers vs. Palermo but still not being able to score DevilolDevilolFacepalm

Like I said yesterday some guys are born coaches (Guardiola, Simeone, Montella, Mihajlovic) whilst other's are just pretenders like Pippo. All he's good for doing is shouting "Dai Dai Bravo Bravo" which is no different from Allegri. In fact, we looked much more like a team under Allegri and that's saying something. People laughed at Seedorf for insisting DES play right back and now they know why. The kid is a born RB and should only play LB with superior teammates i.e. Italy. Seedorf also had the balls to say 75% of our team isn't Milan material but got chopped for his brutal honesty.

Pippo's nothing more than a puppet who's getting exposed every game we play.
Btw did anyone catch Kingsley Coman's half hour cameo vs. Parma? He played a great game including a beautiful asssit for Morata's goal. Told you he was another special young talent just like Pogba, Morata, Berardi, Zaza etc. Meanwhile Ballon d'Or benchwarmer Niang can't even break into this sh*t squad! DevilolFacepalm

Id score against Parma now.Coman is a good young talent still has a ways to go but he has the making of a good player.Juve are a team an actual team with a plan.Cant compare their players our signings to 90% of ours who's Niang ?? Haha..
Lol so I've read we're being linked with Balanta, Kramaric etc. My advice? Don't pay attention to ANY transfer rumours regarding players that cost MONEY. I've wasted 3 years following Milan mercato's closely only for us to sign freebies/rejects. The only exception where we've splashed cash is if we've sold a player of equal value e.g. Pato/Balo, Boateng/Matri, Cristante/Bonaventura. I honestly don't believe we'll sell anybody of value in January so don't expect anyone noteworthy arrive. Instead, you're better off scanning through the "expiring contracts" list or reading the news about player/club dramas e.g. Taarabt DevilolDevilol

And people called me a troll for stating the facts DevilolFacepalm

You're right we cannot compare masterstrokes like signing Coman, Pogba, Morata, Berardi, Zaza, Gabbiadini etc to horrorshows like Gabriel, Vergara, Saponara, Niang etc. Let's not even compare our senior transfers with Juve's...Devilol

Actually, Gabriel is the first choice goalkeeper of Carpi, the first placed team in Serie B, and he's playing some great games of late. I blame Pippo only for his choice of players, but you said it yourself 75% of our team is shit, so he doesn't have a lot of choice.
The areas that need looking are are defence and more importantly midfield. De Jong and Montolivo will provide the steel and the legs to an extent, we need a player in there to be a to grab the game and organise the attacks. Also to take muntaris spot as the guy is a liability. Attack is fine in my eyes, maybe offload pazzini but don't need more. This was a transistor season and even though a few results could have been better, is a solid start if anything.

Def needs additions we ship goals and chances like no other.
Midfield needs lots of quality , DeJong Monty are good the rest are crap.
Attack Honda went through a great patch and is a good player but he wont consistently score.Between Menez who's really a winger and SES Torres Pazzo Niang they have 6 goals and 2 were penaltys. Our Attack is poor and Pazzo IS leaving in Jan.We need quality attacker , we dont have that bar SES if he rediscovers his form from 2 years ago consistently.
There are reports of the club being linked to Darmian and Zappacosta of Atalanta today, while Baselli rumours are growing again with Maiorino being asked about it. He basically said let's see what happens.

Kramaric has also said he'd like to follow the footsteps of other Croatians and play in Italy, citing one of the Milan clubs being a good location.
