I think as soon as the stadium gets its approval from the Milan council we will see the club sold. Silvio doesnt want to invest anymore and isnt going to get anywhere near the money he wants for the club unless we have a stadium approved.

Is that your hope or your thought haha I am still waiting for Berlu to sell the club every day. His image has reflected on the players we bought.

No seriously, look at what we bought. Their charachter. Then look at what Berlu does in public and private. The likes of mexes just seem like they belong in a room with berlu...

Not sure which thread to put this in but here are some more rumours about selling shares in the club.

Milan may sell 30 per cent of their shares to a foreign investor, and 15 per cent to its own fan-base, say reports.

Rumours surrounding the possible sale of the Rossoneri are mounting, in spite of owner Silvio Berlusconi's recent assertions that he would not sell the club.

However the club may sell part of the business. According to Telelombardia, Milan are planning on selling 30 per cent of their shares to a foreign investor, the identity of which has not been revealed.

They may then sell a further 10-15 per cent to a group of share-holders formed out of their own popular support.

The model would be based partly on clubs like Barcelona and Real Madrid, in which it is possible to purchase membership to the company.

The Berlusconi family and the holding company Fininvest would retain control over 55-60 per cent of the shares, and would therefore still be in control of Milan.

There are rumors today that Barbara is trying to get her dad to fire Galliani. I am forever grateful for what he has done for us, but if this is the case, I support it. He is a bit of an anachronism. His mindset is that of the glory days, but football has changed, and Milan needs a new direction. We need to be run like a modern club, which is the direction Barbara is trying to pull us in, while Galliani is clinging to the past. Thus we have no direction at all, and Milan is in a state of chaos. Serious changes are needed.

Some news is coming out today that the dodgy Thai investor linked before has bought 25% of the club for 250m. He would also keep both Barbara and Galliani for now and Montella would be the first target to replace Pippo.

The rumour is stronger than usual and the apparent denial weaker than usual lol. If this keeps up we will soon enter the phase of trying to figure how dodgy Bee Taechaubol is and if he really is able and willing to help the team.
