Well, i forgot about that... but looking at the game now.. i'm glad i took turkey... it's a crappy game to be honest...

but i feel that both teams cancel each other out.. it's just how both teams play... i'm banking on this game to be the first xtra time game and even penalties... so better take the team with goal advantage..

if croatia gets thru, i will bet on them to get thru germans... croatia seems to be german's bogey team!!!

Btw, how did we get into an arguement about Ancellotti being crap?

I don't think anyone said that...

It's just that many of us don't believe that Mourinho is overated, I for one am quite worried about Mourinho being on the inter bench

Like it or not, the guy wins things... small team, lucky year in CL, star studded team, boring play, or whatever falls from the heaven and earth... the dude finds a way to win...

Inter not resting on their laurels, and like someone here said, have upped their game...

not really setting the transfer market on fire...

however, i did find this http://www.channel4.com/sport/footba...ia/jun20r.html

I feel the need to contribute to this thread something about our mercato...

I said he is a good squad player. SQUAD PLAYER = A BACK-UP!!!!!

First you question my seriousness and then just reiterate what I said. Please read posts carefully before you question someone's judgement and downplay them.
And if you read my post as carefully as you're telling me to read yours you'll see that I said he's NOT a quality replacement in the back.

I even said that on occasion he has impressed...but he's not A QUALITY replacement or back up.

He's like Brocchi, Simic.

We can find a far better back up, replacement or squad player than Favalli at the back.

his descripton of arshavin is completely inaccurate... he is not like pippo. he lieks ball at his feet. That being said he's not the striker we need (skill set wisE), but i would jump for joy if we did get him

I think Arshavin is a great attacking midfielder... and could add even more teeth to the midfield.

How is that source? Is it credible? I'd really like to see Arshavin play for Milan...

But yes Arshavin is not Pippo. Arshavin is a creative attacking midfielder... not a forward. I think he does have the skills needed to play for Milan.

Arshavin reminds me of Savicevic. I hope that we get him.

amazing passer. Hes definately support striker/am more than an out and out striker. but if we did get him, we could go a sort of 4-2-3-1.....\

edit: really, amazing stuff on video. If we had eto'o or adebayor or some1 upfront... service frim him, kaka, pirlo, seedorf etc ur looking at garenteed 20 goals.

Unlike Ribery and Toni, Arshavin may be able to transfer for a lower cost... there is a great deal of talent here, and I really hope Milan does go for him. He's probably far cheaper than the other players.

Arshavin is like Ribery in a sense... I hope Ribery recovers, but I heard it was pretty serious involving a ruptured ligament. Anyways, Arshavin could reduce the strain on Seedorf and Kaka a bit...

Maybe. We'll see how it goes for him. Ligaments are a terrible thing to break.

Anyways...Omg. it's 108F degrees outside... just imagine playing football out there...
