Gallini is definitely not bad if you look at the span of his management so far. But last year I must say that our management didn't do a good job.

We have to get one of Dinho or Adebayor now, we hold all the cards in both negotiations. Galliani’s recent statements are pretty interesting about Adebayor being available now. If we are to go on the current situation of things, then we’ll probably get the Togolese man with R10 likely to be staying at Barca, as Laporta’s rumoured to be ready to resign from his post.

Poor Adebayor, Milan have been saying they want him only because they know he would want them too, and that would mean Milan have an option B so they would not really need to splash out on Dinho. Adebayor's been a smokescreen all along and just there to decrease Ronaldinho's pricetag..Milan are just playing with him, and the funny thing is Adebayor actually believes we want him too and he is crazy about us now..he has asked Arsenal to leave...I wonder what will happen when we go for Ronaldinho..will Arsene Wenger welcome him back? Milan could potentially ruin his career you know by all these declarations. (but quite frankly, I dont care, thats how businesses are run sometimes).

Nice to see that there is still a chance to see Sheva back. Very disappointed to hear that the defence is already reinforced and we will not look into it. Even the midfield could use a couple more players instead of Brocchi and Gourcuff. We need creativity..we get rid of an attacking Gourcuff to get Flamini...to have a grand total of him, Rino, Ambro, Brocchi and Emerson of DM's. My god, maybe Carlo really has a fetish with playing so many DM's.

You are better off Comparing Nocerino with foggia since they are the same age. Personally I would prefer Foggia.

If we compare with Juve, then he should be compared to Lanzafame, a player playing in serie B last season. But he did well there. Of course age is a factor when talking about youth, if not then I propose you to find one Juve former youth player that is as good as Maldini is and have been.

Inter have had good youth teams, but they have produced pretty much nothing in recent years, hell how many can you even mention? Plenty of Milan players around, also plenty of Juve players. In the end no team really managed to produce players for their first team. sure Juve had some playing a bit, but that is because they were kicked down a peg.

I knew you meant Molinaro. He sucks, is one of the worst LB in serie A. Juve fans makes jokes about him and would probably rather play Ranieri himself there.

Many teams use foreign players that have been far better... so there are not many to talk about. Still Dossena have been far better, which may be the reason Liverpool bought him. Had I known the age for the other LBs in the seire A teams I could probably have mentioned them all.

Galliani during his tenure have been more succesful than all other managers in the world during that period.

He haven't done that well lately, but then again he didn't in the late 90s either.

Before I head to bed, I actually think we may be leaning more towards Adebayor more than Ronaldinho, as Ancelotti wants more of a real forward, than an attacking midfielder.

Second, I made a suggestion like a few hundred pages ago, Milan should get Carlos Kameni from Espanyol. Espanyol are severely cash strapped... and Kameni is a young goalkeeper that could be very affordable. Now that we have two Non-Eu spots open... I mean we probably could get him for like 5 million... or maybe less. I'm unsure...

It is going to be both R10 and Ade with Zapata.

To be honest, I would really prefer Zapata, Hernanes and Sheva, instead of just R10 and Ade.

As I still do not have confidence in the depth of our defence.

Latest "rumours" suggest we might go for Pavlyuchenko, though i thought the Zenit striker (whose name i forget) who missed the Euros was supposed to be the better player.

According to Galliani there's no doubt that Milan can only afford one out of Ronaldinho and Adebayor. In that case I would probably go for Ronaldinho and Pavlyuchenko or Ronaldinho and Shevchenko on loan.

I seriously doubt we could get Zapata on top of that as he would be quite expensive. But hey, stranger things have happened...

You're thinking of Pavel Pogrebnyak (24), he was the top-goalscorer in this season's UEFA Cup.

It's just like when Fergie began his journey with MU (1986 or 1987). If I am not mistaken, he didnt win the Leauge for couple of years but he is still in charge for MU.

The pressure to the coach/manager in big clubs between Italy and England is so different. In Italy there is much more pressure to coach to deliver success as soon as possible.

Do not compare the pressure on Ancelotti today with the pressure on Ferguson 22 years ago. The general pressure on managers are much higher now than before, especially in the big clubs, and that goes for Italy, Spain as well as England. There is so much more money involved now. And back then, Manchester United was nowhere near where they, and Milan, are today. If Ferguson had not won the FA Cup in the 1989/-90 season he would have been sacked.
