And i will
all of us, all of us, no doubt.

keeper Dida
Zambro Maldini Kala Antonini
Flamini Pirlo Janku
Kaka Seedorf
Pato

Mr.Carlo this is a perfect formation if you want Roma to win it. I know you are a Roma fan but dont be so ignorant, again

Seriousely, this team will cut off Dinho, Kaka' will play too deep and PAto will roam around and will play like vs Juve... Marek and Kaladze paired on the left side of back 4, again?i

I would play it like this, aldough I know Carlo will not:
---------Dida(Abbi is injured)----------
-zambro-maldini-senderos-antonini-
-------------Seedorf-----------
---Flamini----------Jankulovski------
----------Kaka'-------
----------------Dinho-------
--------Pato------------

Pirlo would be on thze bench, enough of his **** on the pitch, he can play when he is ready to run again. Seedorf will play deep role like vs Merda, he can play it well with players moving around him. Marek on LM that he plays well due to his running ability and transition role. Seedorf as playmaker and MArek that covers much space lets Dinho play better, as he has move movement around him, in different conception Dinho will be lost as Roma midfielders will out run him.

Senderos, yes. Kaladze cant be trusted, its enough. I saw good Senderos few days ago, paired with Maldini he'll do ok. I'd play Bonera but he is injured. Antonini on the LB will play more defensively then Zambrotta.

This is a team that has running power and has ability to rotate the sistem within the game with MArek and Seedorf all being able to swich positions and control the technical part of the game.

But, Im 99.9% sure we'll see "genious" Pirlo who will not be able to control the space around him and Seedorf beside him also not able to do it as wide midfielder and plus the Pirlo issue. Also, Dinho will therefore be cut off.

You'll see it on sunday.

I don't see any reason to lay into Pirlo when Seedorf is even more a culprit of lazy play and not running. In fact, I'd rather start Pirlo and stick Seedorf on the bench in your system as Pirlo knows the role much better. Pirlo was superb against Udinese and I don't see why he's not able to fit into the system, should Carlo use him properly.

I also think Kaka needs to play on the same line as Dinho, if he's left deeper he struggles to really build attacks. In turn, Pato is also left isolated, as Dinho sticks to the left more often.

Glad to see Dida probably has his chance to comeback. Last match against Hamburg was showed his performance is better than the last 2 season. Wouldnt mind again to see Jankulovski in the mid area. Better have Pirlo starts from the beginning and Flamini for subtitution if find the dead end with Pirlo. I dont know if Ancelotti dares to put Beckham also. But he can try. Lately the support from crossing is not much to see. I think Ancelotti has good record with Roma. My predict is 3-1 for Milan.. Talk about over confidence

Pirlo has in all fairness been better than Seedorf as far the reasons you said are concerned. Benching Seedorf is the first step towards removing laziness (though my beloved Pirlo will be next). Also, not at all convinced about Senderos. Buying him in the first place was unnecessary and playing him against Roma will be madness. Not sure about Antonin either but there is no option over there so i guess he should start.

This is what ancelotti is going to put forward to no amazement whatsoever

-----------------dida------------------
Zambrotta----Maldini----Kaladze---jankulovski
-----------------Pirlo------------------
-------Flamini----------------Seedorf----
--------Kaka----------------Dinho-------
-------------------Pato-----------------

And we'll probably lose since Roma are in decent shape and we're heading in the reverse direction. Here's hoping for a loss at Inter.

It is not my roster, simply it is the team you will see against Roma, right? I would play (and you should have read it, my answer to pece) with Seedorf, it's a risk i know, but I would play Ambro and R80 only in the 2 half. open game during the first, trying to profit by Tottti absence. Riise has to face Zambro & Fla, while Cicinho Antonini and Janku. Obviously, Seedorf has to work hard, returning as a mid in order to help Pirlo alone in the middle against De Rossi & Brighi, or Perrotta & Brighi.
If you think - better, if Carletto thinks the players are not fit enough, than it's sure Ambro will play instead of Seedorf.

Abbiati has recover.

That is what mediaset said,Seedorf probably will not play because he is not fit an Ambrosini will participate instead of him!! Flamini-Pirlo-Ambrosni

For me very agresiv and destruktiv trio, only Pirlo must give 100% and we are going to win midlefiled batlle against Roma.

Flamini + Ambro - does Carlo ever learn? Seems like we in for a borefest!

Side note: Pato's debut game was against Napoli on the 6th of January last year, he has been here for a whole year now.

i dont see why pirlo has been better than seedorf this season at any case(as some of you say)

in fact milan has been miles better with seedorf instead of pirlo till now..just remember our results before and after pirlos injuries(i really like pirlo and i think hes the best playmaker around,so as to not be misunderstood)..but when we play with one dmc and one striker, pirlo doesnt have the space and the time needed to do what he knows better..

like it or not, clarence is the key for milans good games,he is the man that brings our medfield with our attack together, not with deep balls but running and controling our pace infront..pirlo is excellent when we play with two forwards(sheva-pippo style),and two dmcs, not with both kaka and dinho infront of him..

p.s.i could write a lot more about this, but i dont have much time..

Not for a borefest, Roma will put 3 past us. Dinho wil be cut off if we play 3 DM's, it was always clear for everysone in the world.

PLAY MAREK AS LCM!!! And Clarence as CM, he has the ability to convert during the game, Pirlo cant do that.

Aldough, Seedorf is doubtfull for Roma.

its a tough game indeed milan will be lucky if getting away with a point, in the past two years we were not able to beat roma at all. san siro or olympico. we need to be focused and ATTACK. playing pirlo wont be ideal at all and playing janku as lb is suicide. he was very good in midfield the last game. so the best possible formation we would have is

abbiati
antonini maldini kaladze zambrotta
flamini Seedorf Janku
Kaka Ronaldinho
pato

this way we got a chance if we keep our team as a unit and if our midfield are fast covering back with flamini and janku we have the pace to cover the midfield all the way. let us just hope anchelotti realizes that this is a 3 point game and let us hope our players get enough motivations to get past rome. its a very difficult game but never impossible.

Seedorf as of late has a great ability of losing the ball and converting them to counter attacks for the opponents, So i dont see whats the point of playing him infront of Pirlo, atleast Andrea does hold the ball you know...

As far as I'm concerned they just take turns having bad games so we have no idea which one will actually play well on any given day. Carlo might as well flip a coin to pick between the two. What I do want to see is Janku in midfield along with Flamini + one of those two. That's a well balanced midfield in terms of attack and defense.

My team: Dida*;Zambro, Paolo, Kaladze/Favalli, Antonini; Flamini, Pirlo/Seedorf, Janku; Kaka, Dinho; Pato

*heard Abbiati is injured so there's no other choice really. The call up list will be available tomorrow after Carlo's morning press conference.
