I think City will be disappointed very soon. The impression from the press seems to be City will fail in their bid.

This morning on Sky, an editor of one tabloid,(yes, it is NOTW, but even he knows, trust me on this) implied, with a grim face, City will likely to fail to convince Kaka to join. I actually recorded what he said, so if you like, I can report ..what he said. The reason I am not doing it right now is because it is, another report from the journalist. But what I distinctly catched from his, and Sky's tone on this, is that the tide has turned against City. This is the first time I sensed it. Until now they said he would come. Now they say maybe. Anyhow what he said sort of boils down to that Kaka won't do Maradona. He will never be able to rescue City single handedly. And of course his source must be telling him it is getting a little dodgy for City.

I am sorry but that's it. I give you the right to beat me up once now. Only lightly, mind.

Are you from England daryl?, i was watching Sky Sports News this morning and the reporter in Milan said that the deal would probably be signed sealed and delieverd by wednesday evening, so i have contrasting reports thats all

I know you were replying to a sentence of someone saying something about the Pope telling Kaka' to stay, but I think it was simply a joke, contrary to what you said (or stop joking, you're very bad at it): religion has nothing to do here ... people can be catholics, jewishes, muslims, bouddhists, athéists (don't know if this word is right in English, I mean people who think God doesn't exist), etc ... that has nothing to do with football and sports in general.

Actually, all that story looks more like a story between Milan and Kaka' than anything else ... everything looks like Kaka' (or his agents) only wanted an increase on wages thanks to that story, but for the first time, our club refused ...

Its a slow Kaka news day, and by the sounds of Gazzetta the ultras have started mailing letter to Kaka asking him to stay and that he can lead a new Milan to glory, i hope hes listning to us and isnt only listning to his advisors and Father because by the sounds his advisors are desperate for him to go to City
