Well fine if that's the criteria to be an AM in your Milan then that's you. The majority of other people around the world expect maybe a little more from an attacking midfielder.

He is a great starter for important games, and a world class sub.
Although we should have some replacement for him in less important games.

how about favalli and kaladze?

So why have him just to start the important games...doesn't it make sense to have someone who can play well and give 100% in ALL games ? Also how will the other guy feel when after giving his all week in week out, he doesn't get to play the important games. Also do you honestly think Seedorf will be happy with a substitute role..? Has he been happy with it before?

Maldini is not our starting defender, yet does very well when called up.
Why not throw out Maldini and field a player who can play every game?

I oftenly talked with the rest of MM about where to insert Yoan. And alwas I suggested for him to be played where Ambrosini played his past 4 games for Milan. Considering the fact Gattuso will take his place on the right.

In that position he played superbly on his Milan-AEK game, and he is completely capable of playing central midfielder in Milan and in serie a due to his phisical presence, football BRAINS, and passing technique which is not far beyone Pirlo's in we look carefully. Its different and more direct, but in technique of passing Yoan is great.

Im sure that he would like to play CM in Milan if he is just given a chance to really play. His movements are smart and he sovers more then Seedorf right now at that position when he plays it.

One possible problem is that Pirlo will be behind his back, not Flamini for example. And the question is will we play4-3-2-1 or -4-3-1-2 etc. But that we do not know.

im convinced he can play well for us and that it would be a shame to loose a player like his as he showed he can play against worlds top midfielders this year.

there is only one way to find out if you are right - to get him to play in that position in milan.

I just saw an amazing goal he had. He is a good player and has a chance to be great.

The only problem with this is that we've created a stable set-up without Flamini. Considering that Ambro is preferred over him, he'll be the 2nd choice substitute.
Does this line up mean you think Seedorf deserves a starting place next year as well?

we still have scudetto to win. if flamini was performing better than ambro - he would be a starter, of that i am certain

You are totally right flame, but i dont see anchelotti fielding flamini anytime soon mayebe in uefa, and lets not forget that anchelotti prefers pirlo, seedorf and now beckham so someone needs to chase the ball

He actually did play in that position and he never was very convincing
After that Ancelotti decided to loan him to Bordeaux
And now he plays as an offensive midfielder (something like Seedorf/Dinho in Milan’s team)

The French prodigy would like to play in Italy, but not necessarily with his current owners, the Rossoneri ...

Yoann Gourcuff could not find much playing time at AC Milan and, as a result, the young Frenchman was loaned out to Girondins de Bordeaux for the duration of this season. The 22-year-old attacking midfielder has been in fine form in Ligue 1, scoring six times and completing eight assists this season.

His future has been riddled with speculation, with some sources suggesting he will remain in France and others touting him for a move to German giants Bayern Munich, whose interest was piqued due to the young midfielder’s fine showing in the Champions League.

"I want to play at a big club; I feel this is the right time now," the French international explained to sports newspaper L'Equipe.

"I would like to return to Italy. Milan or another big club – it does not matter to me. I want to measure myself in the Italian league once again."

Meanwhile, reports in the press have indicated that there is a clause in his Bordeaux contract that will allow the French side to sign him for approximately €13 million.
