U sure bro, b/c the 50% tax is on the amount given out from the club and not how much the players receive at the end. Therefore, if Kaka received 9mil after tax, that would mean MIlan paid 18mil to Kaka.

Yes, that is true. It's only from Kaka. Milan had to pay 9 mil euros for taxes only for one player. That's why what Galliani always complains makes sense but in other hand Milan should manage the players' wages carefully.

firstly the tax rate of individuals earning over 70,000 euros a year in Italy is 43%, secondly if you want to work out kaka wage plus tax you start with the assumption 9 million euros a season and divide that by a hundred and times that number buy 43, working it out in my head it is 3.87 million euros meaning total wage bill for the season was 12.87 million euros without bonuses of course

I just want to say, again, that those things about financial crisic is a cheep trick that Berlusconi couldnt wait to use. We stoped spending money 3 years before "official" financial crisis... On mercato: I dont expect anything but few half-players and one good player, maybe too. The "new circle" will be ****. Last time the new circle was started with Nesta, Seedorf, Pirlo, Inzaghi!, Rivaldo, Rui Costa... that is a new circle! This is new robbing manevour...

There are plenty of players Milan can get to have AGAIN great squad: Maxwell, Santa, D'Agostino ( went away to Juve, coz Galliani doesnt follow players in serie a! ), Henanes, Eto'o, Benzema, Hazard ( maybe ), ROSSI...

It really makes me sad to see Milan does not look for Benzema coz I think he is the best solution for our CF. Aldough he had a bit of an off half year, he is a better player then Dzeko, in my opponion, and leaves us space for Hernanes. But Benzema costs 35mln at least.

No news for today except that Wolfsburd wants to keep their squad to play well in CL. Wolfsburg did great things and I wish them well, even without Dzeko maybe

That is extremly clear to everyone. Pato is a boy, we cant count on him yet an that level. We right now dont have a player that can change rithm and that is what is needed in CL. CL is not won without super class players. I consider Milan a lost team for next 2 years to come, you'll see. Its not possible to replace Kaka' just by buying one CF and one CM. Our whole sistem has now fell apart.

the only 100% (or more) tax rate is due to value added tax for luxury goods. i read somewhere the highest rate for income tax is one country in europe around 75% as their highest rate level on progressive rate rule.

p.s : i'm a fiscus in indonesia and our highest personal income tax rate is 30%

Thats wrong b/c you are basing 43% on Kaka's salary and not 43% of how much Milan paid Kaka before tax.
The 9mil Kaka was getting is only 67% of how much Milan paid him.

Seedorf makes 5 mil, that would mean Milan paid about 10mil per season for his service.

Good that Wolfsberg is wanting to keep its squad to Challenge CL, b/c thats what any team would have done when they want to win CL.

You are getting it mixed up dude. Nobody is paying 100% tax, they are only paying 50%.

Milan paid Kaka 18MIl a year, tax rate = 50%, thus Kaka actual earning is 9mil.
Galli once mentioned that in Spain the max rate is only 25%.
Thus if Milan is in Spain, all they need is to pay Kaka 13.5 mil, tax rate=25%, thus Kaka actual earning is 9mil. But the club actually have 4.5mil more to spend.
